Good
Very professional. Concerned about a flawless purchase
Fast delivery and good quality product. Perfect!
Excellent trampoline, excellent service.
Finally, a site that meets our expectations
-The quality of the trampoline seems very good, to be seen in use but it looks promising :) -The commercial contact is available and efficient, -but be careful not to forget the additional accessories :) (twice ^^ :) ) the anchoring kit arrived after the storm of these days, fortunately I had taken precautions :) -providing a tracking number for accessories would be a plus -the clips to fix the net are a bit fragile in summary, great advantages to choosing a specialist, easily reachable without intermediaries who ensures and reassures for after-sales service and quality :)
Very good telephone reception and understanding of the information regarding delivery.
Very good quality trampoline, fast delivery, small downside the fixings, even if they are offered, are not very reliable, had to reinforce them
Clear website. Easy search
Very good.
Quality and professional service.
Good product, but the assembly guide deserves a score of 3 out of 10. This applies to both the trampoline and the accessories.
We received our trampoline very quickly, deadlines widely respected, quality packaging. Completely meets our expectations, the children are delighted. Solid trampoline, of great quality. Customer service available and good advice.
Delivery on time and perfect packaging.
Good service. It seems solid and made to last. The kids love it! Ordered on the 18th, contacted on the 20th to schedule delivery and delivered on the 23rd at the agreed time. The packages are well packaged and easily identifiable. The material seems to be of quality. Assembly is not difficult as long as there are 2 people and the instructions are followed (properly position the holes on the feet facing down as indicated in the assembly). One remark regarding the assembly of the protective cover (optional) without undoing the lower hooks of the safety net: The site indicates that it is possible by disengaging the arch of the net at the top of each leg and then letting the arch and the net fall onto the mat which can then easily be covered by the cover. I couldn't manage with all the holes of the poles (those at the top to engage the arch) turned outward (as recommended). The net was too tight and the holes too small because of the reinforcements sewn at each hole (which is a good thing to avoid tearing). So I turned some poles to have these holes facing inward (not all: 6/8 to keep 2 facing outward which prevents the arch from coming undone by itself, you never know) and there it works without too much force as long as you are tall enough. This allows you to easily drop the net to put on the cover on windy and rainy days. I think that in winter I will store the net.
Excellent service. Very detailed product and delivery within the deadlines. A little extra, the information provided following the wind alert broadcasted by the Weather Service.
Reactive, nice and fast
Order conforms to my request and is fast
good product and speed for delivery
Flawless transaction, fast and careful shipping
serious site delivery on time trampoline of excellent quality children delighted
Material (wow 4.6) compliant and delivered very quickly (2 days!) good telephone reception and response to my questions. Note the main package is very heavy! (70/80 kg...) the trampoline seems very solid, to see over time - assembly took 2h30 for 1 adult and two children correct instructions (however do not rush especially remember to align the feet according to the position of the detrompeur before pushing them into the T piece... not specified in the instructions...) the hardest part! : threading the arch into the top part of the safety net... Small galvanization problem on a support for a stake changed in the process by return mail from customer service. so for now satisfied with the purchase
I was quickly contacted by someone to validate and verify my order to ensure there were no issues. Speed in processing the request and in delivery. Part completely in accordance with what I ordered.
Very good quality product, easy to install. Thank you
The service and superb delivery ok the delivery was fast the service is excellent
Excellent product and very serious and responsive customer service. A big thank you!
Delivery a bit long (this was a frequently made complaint on websites; but I am partly at fault), but rigorous follow-up. Material of very good quality, good assembly instructions. I will be able to test the customer service: a hook is missing to attach the net
Everything was perfect as always! perfect quality, impeccable service, replacement of parts after 9 years... without any issues. I recommend!
Superb product. Very good quality, the whole seems very solid, which is reassuring. Easy to assemble. Small downside, the protective cover for the mat is difficult to assemble with the safety net in place.
Hello, we thank you for your comment. Indeed, if the net is in place, the protective cushion is not the easiest to install. However, the cushion is installed before the safety net in the assembly instructions. You must assemble the frame, the jumping mat, and the springs, then the protective cushion THEN the safety net. You can consult assembly videos before receiving your order to prepare for the assembly on our YouTube channel 'France Trampoline.' The France Trampoline team.
Clear content of articles, simple basket to create and fast and smooth delivery.
Very happy with the quality of the trampoline!! very solid!! our 6-year-old son is having a blast!! my husband assembled it alone in 2 afternoons. thrilled with our purchase! don't hesitate especially!!! super quality price!!!
Very well
This whole affair was very well managed and the delivery was very fast.
good delay respected for delivery
Very good
Honestly super, the delivery, the product itself, it's great! Just one problem with the ladder, we never managed to assemble it, even with two people!! The plan is poor and even once understood, we never managed to do it. Without that, I would have given 5 stars.
What can I say top top top! a great follow-up, verification of the ordered product compared to a previous trampoline order. Service that you won't find elsewhere! keep it up !!!!!!
I am very satisfied with this company: speed, quality, friendliness., very commercial, very responsive ..; everything is perfect I recommend this site to buy a trampoline
OK Reception OK
very good quality
The site is clear, and the shipments are reliable
Very good service
satisfied with the product (trampoline) which meets expectations. The assembly instructions are insufficient and lead to errors, To be corrected.
Hello, We have taken your message into account. Could you please detail the points where you encountered difficulties during the assembly of the trampoline? Sincerely, The France Trampoline team.
Material conforms to the information provided on the site regarding transport and delivery time. Assembly remains to be done.
Perfect. Nothing to say!
After two years with a "disposable" trampoline, we decided to invest for the long term. France trampoline seemed to have much more serious and even professional products. After assembling the jump up model with net, we are not disappointed with the product which is not comparable to a low-cost option. Now we will reassess in two years...
fast delivery, trampoline that seems solid, to see with time. Only downside, the instructions are not always very clear. Plan for assembly with 2 people and about 2 hours.
Hello, we thank you for your comment and the time you recommended for your Jump'Up 300 trampoline. We recommend a similar delay on the website. The France Trampoline team.
Super fast delivery. The product is easy to install and gives us complete satisfaction.
excellent service
Excellent material, however the assembly instructions are a bit brief for my taste.
