beautiful quality
Very good quality trampoline.. A very good investment over time!
Very satisfied with my order! I first called to know the delivery times, I was well informed and called back as promised. Very friendly welcome. I then ordered online and received the trampoline within 4 days, as announced. We opted for an Oxygène 360 trampoline and we are not disappointed! It is perfect! Big, sturdy, and very safe. Our 4-year-old daughter doesn’t want to get out! In short, congratulations to France Trampoline and its team. If like me, you are browsing offers on the Internet and reading comments to know customer opinions, then I tell you: don’t hesitate to order!!!
QUALITY MATERIAL TIMELY DELIVERY VERY QUICK CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE
Product received as expected and of good quality. Very fast delivery and well packaged. No surprises. Assembly instructions not very user-friendly....
Fast delivery by appointment. Easy assembly if you methodically follow the instructions. Excellent material, well designed, with careful details. The children are delighted.
Everything is perfect from the order to the ease of assembly, we will see about aging...
Received on time. Easy assembly.
Good service
Really no problem, I ordered my second trampoline and I am satisfied, good quality material and also a fast and very friendly service on the phone, a site to recommend ***
Perfect transaction, the delivery was exemplary fast and all products arrived in perfect condition.
Perfect. Fast delivery in good conditions. The parts are designed to last, well finished. Easy assembly as stated in the instructions. The sturdiness of the whole with its protective net inspires confidence. Two remarks for the next edition of the instructions: Perhaps there is a lack of precision at step 2 point B regarding the position of the foot extension tube (n°6) so that when inserting the W foot base, the fixing pin fits well into the designated spot in the foot extension tube. As a result, we had to test the precious advice of the metal bar to unstick the T-joint piece! For the assembly of the feet, we followed the text by connecting two elements of the octagon, and not the image in fig. 3 which does not conform to the text, it seemed to us.
Hello, we thank you for your comments. This allows us to improve indeed. Regarding the assembly of the feet of the trampoline Waouuh!, it is not explained in fig 3 but in the following figure, No. 4. We remain at your disposal for any further information. The France Trampoline team.
Very good product. Quality is there. It feels good, it’s a change from the big chain stores that sell less refined products at the same price. Thank you.
Correct delivery and within the expected timeframe. However, it would have been desirable for the delivery person to have the reflex to call before or when he is at the home to see if we are around...
Fast order and timely delivery (even if the carrier came half a day earlier despite the agreed appointment). Satisfactory assembly instructions, good quality material at first glance.
Very good material, assembly a bit hard but good once started, minimum 2 to 4 hours for 2H minimum of assembly for the quality and beauty of the trampoline. Ours is a wow, I would say wowwwww super material, my daughter is having fun, safety is good, plan for space for the beast, in short, good brand, respect for deadlines, quality at the rendezvous for delivery, set your day no time.
Everything went well. However, the plastic hooks for attaching the safety net and the contour mattress are a shame. In 1 hour, one has already given way!! With the weight of a 6-year-old child... Metal like for the springs seems more suitable.
Very good, the children are delighted. My husband had a bit of trouble assembling it but it was worth it. Quality materials that seem resistant. Happy to have bought a trampoline from a professional and not from a regular store....
Quality material, very cooperative and efficient after-sales service, fast delivery and on time.
It should be specified to leave the foams on the bars in the assembly guide. Very good material for training, super bouncy fabric and especially made in France!!
Fast delivery and well packaged. Relatively simple assembly (1/2 day). Very good quality material.
Very good.
Fast delivery. Assembly guide needs to be revised for the assembly of the legs (unique positioning of the holes for clicking the upper post not indicated).
Very good service. Product compliant and delivered within a correct timeframe.
Very good overall service.
Good service.
Very good!
Everything went well, from order to delivery. Best regards ***
I recommend it to my friends who need a trampoline.
Order compliant and good advice.
Fast delivery. Good quality trampoline.
Very serious.
Bravo France Trampoline! You found the references of our trampoline purchased 7 years ago, we were able to change the jumping mat and it is already in place for the joy of our 9 grandchildren!
Effective and fast.
Very very good service, product quality, follow-up and fast delivery.
Quick and effective response to the situation.
Excellent trampoline net.
This is a REAL trampoline, nothing to do with the one I bought before, fast delivery, perfect.
Fast delivery, by appointment. Product conforms to the promise of the online catalog (Pack Trampoline Waouuh 4m30) Easy assembly. Perfect result. Happy children...
PERFECT!! As usual.
It went well, very satisfied, good quality.
Fast delivery without any problems. Very good quality material with a very clean finish. Easy assembly but the instructions have some errors and omissions: For example, there is no warning about the correct orientation of the small holes of the vertical extensions that serve for the pegs when inserting the legs. So, if you don't notice them and the extensions are misoriented, the pegs will never come out and it's a mess because the extensions are too hard to move once inserted into the 'T' connections. Fortunately, these fixings are not essential. The jumping performance pleasantly surprised me. This trampoline has a very good bounce with a very lively energy return. Thank you again and please remember to correct your instructions. This would further improve the seriousness of your company.
Very serious site, received SMS to warn of a product delay. Nothing to say.
Simple instructions but could be more detailed. Good quality product.
Reliable and fast order, phone call to validate the dimensions.
My purchase was supposed to be made online but being in Corsica, I preferred to call for information about the transport, I am delighted with my interlocutor and particularly happy with my purchase!!!!
France trampoline ok - logistics average, better to call the carrier EUROPE directly.
Very good service. Product of very good quality.
Very good product. DELIVERY ON TIME WITH A NICE DELIVERY PERSON who had made an appointment.
By buying this product more expensive than elsewhere, I thought I would get a better quality trampoline. However, the assembly turned out to be tedious. From the first jumps of my children, some hooks of the safety net broke.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We have taken note of the issue encountered with the hooks. Do not hesitate to place some close to the jumping mat to reduce tension in the net. This tension is still necessary to ensure the safety of users. We remain at your disposal for any further information. The France Trampoline team.
