Fast shipping, call following an inconsistency on the order and good quality on the material.
I ordered a protective net. It was delivered to me by a carrier who contacted me to confirm the delivery day. Everything went well. Regarding the net, I find that the quality has improved compared to the first purchase and I congratulate you. The assembly is very simple. I took the opportunity to check the entire trampoline. It is in perfect condition even though it has been exposed to the elements for 6 years, summer and winter. I am really very satisfied with all your products!
I am very satisfied despite a major problem with the delivery which did not happen as indicated within 48 hours, but your services were up to the task.
Excellent
Very good product!!! Highly recommend!!!!
Very good material; easy assembly.
Good
Very good product quality. Correct assembly. Customer service request: efficient and quick.
We are very satisfied with the seriousness of the customer service who took the time to advise us by phone and the quality of the trampoline. Timely delivery. Very well made assembly instructions. The kids jump all day. What more could you ask for? Thank you!!!!
Quick and attentive response
The products are in line with what I expected. Easy to install and of good quality. We'll see how it holds up in use
Excellent material, sturdy, of quality (which I also appreciate from my perspective as a PE teacher). Small issues with delivery: protective net of the wrong size and some questions during assembly that the instructions did not explain. Good follow-up from customer service and a small appreciated gesture for the minor inconveniences. I recommend without hesitation.
Happy with the delivery time and trampoline assembled in half a day, very happy
Products, services, and delivery of very good quality, I highly recommend
When I decided to buy a trampoline, I consulted my friends and I have friends who have a trampoline from France Trampoline for 6 years. Given its impeccable condition all this time, I ordered without hesitation and as my friends pointed out, if you want to change a part that is starting to wear out, no problem since there is a manufacturing follow-up.
I have assembled and used several trampolines, including some *** This one is of much better quality. More robust, better thought out, better bounce. In short, it's the best I've used so far. The delivery was made before the announced deadlines and it fell perfectly for my son's birthday. To finish with the negative points: I find it a shame that for an oval trampoline, the ladder is not at the ends (to benefit from the length). Plastic ties should be provided to secure the protective socks for the net poles (because they fall off).
Excellent, an extra trampoline that brings joy to the whole family. The product is of excellent quality and seems made to last. From order to delivery, nothing to say. In addition to comfort for the assembly experience, it would be good to have more detailed advice on setting up the jumping mat with the very numerous springs. This is the difficult point of assembly. So better advice, a tool to put the spring without pinching fingers and a way to remove the springs when there has been an assembly error...
Excellent quality item and super fast delivery.
Excellent product, happy children. Deadline respected. Area for improvement: the assembly instructions, the drawings are not precise enough.
Positives: the quality of the material, Top!... the delivery time, the packaging itself,... Areas for improvement: The entire logistics part, no confirmation email upon payment, hence the doubt of having fallen on a pirate site, no order tracking on the website, the delivery person (it is not France Trampoline but a service provider) who contacts us to warn us on the day of delivery, unable to give us a time frame for delivery (Sorry we also work!) we manage to get the info that he will deliver between 11am and 6pm, I take half a day off for the afternoon to receive the package and boom!... he shows up at 8am... In conclusion: Super material, the kids are having fun safely, but it's a shame that this material does not have the logistics corresponding to the quality of the material!... This will not prevent me from ordering on the site...
I am very satisfied with the service, order, advice, delivery. The Apollo material is of good quality. Assembly took an afternoon. The explanatory instructions for assembly are correct but I had difficulties trying to follow the instructions for attaching the protective net under the trampoline. Not all plastic hooks of the net can hook onto the D-rings! In trying to do so, I put the net under too much tension and 4 rings broke at the first jumps. (I replaced them with small carabiners that I hooked at the level of the springs, so the net is less tense)
Reliable and excellent
First of all, a good site, easy to use. A wide choice and good advice for choosing your trampoline. Very serious delivery person (rare these days) we agreed on an appointment and he arrived at the scheduled time, very convenient when you have little time. Very good products as well since I set it up I use it every day, a real pleasure in this nice weather. I highly recommend! Thanks again
Very competent and responsive advisors, a pleasure! The delivered part did not quite match my trampoline model, but no difficulty adapting, so no problem.
Fast delivery and quality material, my daughter is thrilled with her gift for her third birthday.
Very fast delivery, easy assembly, the material seems sturdy.
Fast delivery and product meets expectations
Fast delivery
Very good but out of stock
After studying trampolines for weeks, I opted for France trampoline. Aside from a broken hook but I will contact customer service (not important) I think I made a good purchase. Time will confirm.
Very good product. It was out of stock, however the expected delivery date was just right. Quality product.
Excellent contact with customer service. Delivery as planned and product in perfect condition!
RAS
Trampoline delivered well packaged. No problem with assembly, the instructions are clear. The kids are having a blast!
Quick preparation and shipping. Solid product, of very good quality, relatively easy to assemble.
Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect from the order, simple and quick online, to the delivery on the day and time agreed with the provider. Nothing was missing from the packages. And the assembly of the trampoline went without complications.
Very happy with the responsiveness between the order and the delivery date (beware of the delivery provider who was not up to par (see very mediocre)). However, the assembly of the trampoline went very well (about 2 hours)... The children have a lot of fun in it ... for hours!!!! Small regret, the springs squeak when a person over 60kg uses it... I recommend this site without any problem.
Product perfectly meets our expectations. Quality and ease of implementation. Easy assembly (with several people). Timely delivery with a helpful driver. We hope to use this 430cm Booster trampoline for a long time. Thank you
Delivery on the scheduled day and within the fixed time slot, excellent
My purchase from France Trampoline is the result of a chance reading of the weekly Famille Chrétienne. The product seems to be good. Its price also seems to be one of the highest on the market but I have no quality comparison. One weak point, however, several of the net attachments under the mat immediately broke during installation.
Negative point: the manual is a bit too brief (like many products these days). Positive points: very available customer service if you have questions (which was my case). Material of very high quality (I ordered an oval 490). The tubes are huge, and the net is very resistant as advertised. The protective cushion is so thick that it is impossible to get hurt when falling or walking on it. The net is attached at the bottom of the trampoline which makes it impossible to pass through the net (the entrance door has a double security, velcro inside and safety clips outside). I recommend this product 100% to buy with your eyes closed. Just be careful about the size in the garden, it is huge (4m90) :) :)
Perfect......
Perfect agreement with the delivery person for the delivery date. Good product but the instructions are not detailed enough.
Very good quality material, easy to assemble. The trampoline makes our child happy. Delivery times are very fast. The delivery person's phone contact allows for agreeing on a delivery day. We recommend France Trampoline for both the service provided and the quality of the material.
The trampoline purchased corresponds exactly to the description on the site. Of good quality, it is easy to implement by following the instructions provided. The safety net caused us some difficulties knowing that the carbon fiber bar that closes the circle tended to open, we had to put a rope at the top to tighten the posts so that they take the right shape. This is just a detail because I reiterate that we are fully satisfied with our purchase. We are waiting for the delivery of the small trampoline offered and forgotten by the carrier for 1 week. I recommend the site and the trampoline purchased, namely the Jum'Up in 430 cms, good fun!!!
Very satisfied with the responsiveness and the product. We were able to repair our trampoline for our guests quickly, as we own a cottage.
The trampoline meets our requirements and the delivery was on time.
Very serious packaging. The quality is there. The children have not used it yet, but we can see, by the way it is made, that it is solid.
Very good quality product compared to what is seen on the market. Very responsive customer service.
Trampoline of very good quality and very secure. My 2 teenagers are having a blast on it.
