Excellent material, careful finishes, fast delivery... and in the end after assembly a great moment of happiness for children and adults! After-sales service by phone impeccable: immediate availability and great professionalism on the line. France Trampoline is a manufacturer and supplier that should be a model for many other companies.
Perfect: trampoline conforms to the description, delivery within the week and competitive price! Hours of play ahead on this trampoline which seems to be of good quality. Very satisfied.
my 2 phone calls to get additional information about a product were not handled correctly: I was not called back as agreed. ON THE OTHER HAND, the processing of my order and shipment of the goods was ultra-fast
Quality material, easy to assemble. Delivery times respected. In short, nothing to say
excellent contact and possibility to order on demand. always ready to satisfy you delivery on time

Very good product
very happy with the quality of the trampoline and the speed of France Trampoline's services, I recommend and will recommend this site, best regards
efficiency, speed,
Clear site and order received very quickly. Nothing to complain about!
On the site, it is noted delivery between 2 and 5 days, we received it in 11 days, it can happen but no apology email, nothing at all. After, I think it's good material but I haven't assembled it yet due to bad weather.
Excellent quality service and deadlines.
Impeccable service, nothing to complain about: easy order and very fast shipping: well done!!
Excellent service. Very fast delivery and very responsive customer service. I recommend.
Nothing to report. Fast delivery, easy assembly, happy children!
High quality product, fast delivery, my daughters are having fun safely.
Excellent exchange to ensure that the order meets the needs. Perfect.
Good information about the material and transport.
Pleasant site to navigate. Useful information on material choice, order tracking, and well-done email sending. Material well packaged, with clear instructions. Now to evaluate the use of the material over time.
Trampoline completely in accordance with its description, of very good quality, no problem at all with assembly. Quick assembly (3h). Clear instructions in French. Only major issue, the carrier lost our package... delivered nearly two weeks late, opened boxes... everything is complete, phew!!! In short, merchant site: perfect, fast shipping, very good quality/price ratio, carrier: unacceptable...
Very nice product. Just a small defect fortunately brilliantly handled by France Trampoline. Very professional. I recommend.
Fast delivery in line with expectations. Good quality material. Beware, the small plastic hooks break easily!!
Very good contact by phone, an order modification made directly with advice and kindness. A follow-up and a real concern for the customer.
Very fast delivery.
Easy contact with the company. The information provided was precise. The delivery time and the delivery itself are very satisfactory.
Nothing to report, site and telephone information. Carrier okay.
Fast delivery, solid material.
Fast delivery, no missing parts, trampoline easy to assemble and it's solid. Nothing to complain about.
- Super quality. Easy to assemble; I put it together with my 7-year-old son without any problem. I had already participated in assembling a competing product at a neighbor's, it's day and night. - Reasonable delivery times. I would have liked to be able to choose the delivery date directly on the site. - High price, but I think it's worth it. - I have 3 happy children and even the parents join in.
Hello, we thank you for your comments. For the delivery day, you can mention a desired delivery date that we will pass on to the carrier. However, they will call you directly to confirm the delivery day. We remain at your disposal for any further information. The France Trampoline team.
Friendly and efficient welcome.
Efficient service, fast delivery. Only problem: 4 plastic attachments of the safety net to the trampoline have been broken since the first use.
Hello, We will send you replacement attachments as soon as possible. We apologize for this issue. The France Trampoline team.
The trampoline is indeed a bit expensive, but of quality, nothing to compare with the trampolines from large stores or sports shops. My children are happy on it and so am I.
Perfect
We bought the Booster 390 trampoline pack with anchoring accessories. Delivery by courier after TPH contact. Good quality product. Clear and detailed user manual. The longest part was attaching the nets because the support bars sometimes come undone and the tension is lost. Now, the children have fun every day. Let's see how the product holds up over time! I also plan to disassemble it before winter to preserve it. Note: a small trampoline as a gift. Thank you France Trampoline. Keep it up!
excellent product conforming to the presentation, fast and efficient delivery
Product of very good quality, delivery arrived on time, well packaged.
very fast delivery. the trampoline seems to be of very good quality. Everyone is delighted. This manufacturer had been recommended to us and we are not disappointed.
The trampoline is of excellent quality! I compared it with many at friends' houses. There is no comparison possible, the product feels professional. My children are barely 2 and 4 years old and I feel they are completely safe. After 4 months of use: no problems noted!
Very good reception on the phone and ultra-fast delivery.
good evaluation, deadline respected
Fast delivery and impeccable product
Fast delivery and very good quality product.
Exchange with the delivery service was efficient following an oversight in our order. Order delivered on time and complete. Material conforms to the description.
Great for delivery! I made a reservation for an oval trampoline over a month ago to be delivered this week and France trampoline had set it aside for me while they are currently out of stock... for the assembly, we will see... we are waiting for the summer holidays!
Material and delivery ok - no issues. Acceptable supply time
Super correct! A personal phone communication to inform me of a delay in the deadlines... really appreciated... then a perfect delivery! top-notch packaging... the trampoline perfectly meets our expectations in terms of sturdiness and quality of the fabric... we will see in the long run but we are very satisfied for now!
RAS
The material received seems to be of good quality after 1 week of testing. The only downside is the delivery in '24h' which turned into 1 week, and the appointment made by the delivery company which set a time slot like 'EDF'! on a certain day between 8am and 6pm!
