Very good product, very well finished, very quickly delivered.
After contacting the carrier to complete the address, the package arrived, with a longer delay than expected, but the service remained good.
Fast service. Quality product that meets our expectations. Assembly quite simple. We recommend.
Very good telephone reception for preliminary inquiries. Delivery time respected. Material meets expectations, solid and secure.
Nothing to say. Order and delivery tracking of good quality. I have not yet assembled the product.
Delivery made within the expected time and quick assembly of the trampoline went smoothly. Not enough feedback to say more, but the children are delighted and so are we (the grandparents).
Fast delivery, precise assembly instructions. Material seems to be of good quality.
Good material. Just a downside regarding the delivery. The package was delivered without me being informed of the delivery date as indicated in the shipping confirmation email.
Nothing to complain about - Fast and impeccable delivery.
Top trampoline, both children and parents have a blast. Need two people to assemble it. Very good product quality.
Quality material and fast delivery. The children are the happiest on their trampoline.
Excellent quality, very fast shipping, only problem is no information on the carrier's delivery date, which is a shame.
Very satisfied with the service and the trampoline, I recommend this site.
Very good quality material, very satisfactory transport provider, an improvement in the assembly instructions should be made so that they match the quality of other services (website, telephone reception, trampoline quality, carrier). Best regards.
Products of very high quality. An efficient and quick after-sales service.
excellent buying guide, impeccable delivery times and good product quality
High quality product and fast delivery, I recommend this site
The trampoline seems to be of acceptable quality. The rigidity of the legs could be improved. You promise delivery between 2 to 5 days: we were delivered in 6 days! However, efficient delivery in an isolated location.
material that seems to be of very good quality. I have only had it for a few days, so I cannot commit to its durability, that's why I didn't put "excellent". For now, based on what we have been able to judge, this material is well made and seems solid. Simple and quick assembly, net high enough.
Fast delivery facilitated by the appointment. Very good quality trampoline.
Product conforms to the description and is of better quality than the original. Fast shipping.
Delivery on time, good quality trampoline, but anchoring system totally ineffective.
Meets expectations. Fast delivery. The product seems good.
Very safe quality trampoline, easy to assemble
perfect tracking, delivery on time with a very pleasant delivery person. Good product. thank you
The trampoline purchased from France Trampoline is more expensive than equivalent ones in terms of dimensions from competitors (famous sports store) but also of much better quality both for the frame and for the bounce mat. The quality/price ratio is significantly superior in our opinion. The delivery was quick. In the end, we are very satisfied with our purchase and we would do exactly the same if we had to do it again.
Fast delivery and without problems, pallet setup perfect. The trampoline looks very well designed and very resistant. The diameter of 3.60m allows for a soft and dynamic jump. The kids love it. In short, pure happiness!
Delivery time in accordance with what was announced, no problems with delivery, product meets expectations
Very fast service, nothing to say, quality trampoline
TRAMPOLINE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN ELSEWHERE BUT OF VERY GOOD QUALITY WHICH JUSTIFIES THE PRICE. SMALL DOWNSIDE FOR DELIVERY, IT'S THE CARRIER WHO IMPOSES THE APPOINTMENT
We are very satisfied with the quality of the trampoline. However, the explanatory instructions for assembly could probably be improved, particularly the order in which the elements should be assembled should be clearer. Finally, the transport was quick and competent.
Very fast delivery. The assembly instructions are clear but it takes several people to succeed (at least for us). The trampoline is of very good quality. It looks sturdy and well designed. We have a lot of fun with it!!!
very good
very good
Super
meets my expectations, fast delivery.
We gave our 5-year-old son a 360 cm trampoline with the trampo foot. It deserves 5 stars for sturdiness, safety, etc... but we encountered delivery problems. Nevertheless, customer service was present and attentive. So no regrets for this investment that delights both young and old
Very good product, well designed, assembly a bit long but easy (the foot fastening system could be improved, hard to close) Fast delivery
People available to answer our questions. Easy and quick order. 5 days between shipping and delivery. Assembly a bit long even with the instructions, but the result is more than positive. Good quality of the product. The whole family is delighted.
Very fast delivery. Simple, easy and quick assembly as well. Quality to be seen over time.
very good. Friendly.

Hello, We have taken your comment about the anchoring kit accessory into account and we are sorry to see that it does not suit you. The "stakes" of this accessory are to be planted (depending on your soil of course) relatively close to the trampoline. How many cm did you plant them from the trampoline? Unfortunately, we cannot foresee that your soil is too hard to install this equipment. However, we have noted your suggestion to label the parts to facilitate assembly for this model. We remain at your disposal for any information. The France Trampoline team.
Very very good product I am talking about the trampoline because the roof that is an accessory is really of very low quality.
serious and efficient
perfect material "net", competitive price; excellent phone contact, excellent delivery time, only downside, the transport price is expensive compared to the package, as I paid 15 euros just for the shipping of my net
excellent. The whole family is having a blast, from the youngest to the oldest. And in complete safety.
Very good product that pleases both children and adults. We encountered only one issue with the installation of the safety net where the ring opened during installation. But after contacting your service, the problem was resolved. Delivery was made on time by a very pleasant person, which does not seem to be the case for everyone. Thank you FRANCE TRAMPOLINE.
The assembly instructions are exemplary and the trampoline is very well designed. You have to pay the price, but the quality is there; which is very important for such a purchase. Fast delivery and on time. A few small remarks nonetheless: 1. The protective covers to be slipped over the poles of the safety net are not mentioned in the instructions; we realized this at the end, which forced us to remove the net. 2. It is also not specified in the instructions that two fasteners must be mounted on each pole. It seems logical during assembly, but it is not written; only visible on the explanatory diagram. 3. More annoyingly, the plastic hooks used to attach the net break easily, either during installation or through wear. I advise users to replace the broken ones with metal hooks that you can find in a hardware store.

This trampoline is of very good quality, as well as the finish. Safety has also been well thought out. I recommend.
