Good
Very good product. This is the second time I order.
Simple assembly, successfully done alone until the installation of the rigid tube at the top of the net. By the way, we couldn't manage to assemble the net with the tube completely fitted inside. Maybe it is too short... Despite this issue, the quality is there: Robust material and even rather aesthetic. The price of our trampoline jump up 360 seems well justified. Our 3 children and we, parents, are enjoying it a lot.
Good service
Regarding the delivery, I have nothing to say..... the phone contacts are very good.. I haven't opened the material yet because the weather doesn't allow it. Only small complaint, the transport appointments are very broad, you have to stay home all day. A tighter time slot would be great..
Very satisfied with the product, my children won't leave the trampoline. A little difficulty with the delivery, no call to set an appointment, but very well managed after calling the concerned services.
Delivery was quite fast, once the restocking was done. For assembly, if you follow the instructions well, it's quite easy.
TRAMPOLINE RECEIVED IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WELL PACKAGED HIGH-END MATERIAL I AM SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE
speed of shipping and delivery, package conforms, trampoline of very high quality allowing the whole family to have fun! (even adults!!)
Good service, quality customer follow-up
very good service
Delivery and restocking on time. Gift still in its box, but for now nothing to report.
Product conforms to the order and of very good quality. Clear instructions for easy assembly. Fast delivery by a courteous carrier who helped me unload my package.
Material of very good quality, easy to assemble. Perfect!
Delivery problem, normally within 24-48 hours, finally 6 days later. You should change your transport company
Despite a delay in the initially scheduled delivery, the product seems to be of good quality. Assembly is easy. Only the protective cover, which is guaranteed for only 6 months, may not last. Indeed, while it seems solid, the type of plastic may become fragile quite quickly due to the sun. To be confirmed. For the rest, the quality/price ratio of the trampoline seems to be above what can be found in stores. Moreover, the advice given over the phone was coherent and useful without pushing for consumption. I recommend.
Fast and superb quality
deadlines respected despite a stock shortage. product conforms to the order. product well packaged and well protected. explicit and clear assembly instructions. carrier ok
super phone contact, impeccable delivery, a good quality trampoline, we are not disappointed!! just a bit of difficulty assembling the poles
very good
I recently acquired a 3.66m trampoline. The delivery was fast and the trampoline received seems to be of very good quality. I therefore recommend this product.
Very good product of excellent quality. We have been having fun on it for a week.
Good punctuality for delivery. Excellent quality trampoline.
A really very good product quality, an explicit manual and the assembly videos on youtube are very appreciated. A delivery service on point and within the desired deadlines. The trampoline is very appreciated by children and adults. Even the smallest at 18 months loves it.
GOOD SERVICE
excellent services. excellent quality products
delivery without problems. trampoline easy to assemble, good appreciation for now
Perfect customer service! / perfect delivery / quality material, happy with my purchase
not all ordered items were available at the time of shipment. Moreover, we still do not have the remainder of our order, it is surprising that a merchant site does not take stock into account
Very fast service. Very practical website
Good service
good service
Product meets our expectations and also free and fast delivery.
nothing to say.
fast delivery service, good quality product
Quality, price, delivery, nothing to say. Very serious company. Top.
User manual not coherent on important points of assembly. Brief explanation.. Bad illustration
Perfect, nothing to say
Hello, we just set up our trampoline this weekend and noticed a defect in the middle of the bouncing mat, I am a bit afraid that it will tear in a few years. I would like to send you photos so that you can give me your opinion. Thank you for getting back to me on this matter. Best regards. Mr ****
very good
Very good phone reception. Very good advice. Great availability. Product matching the description: Appolosport junior trampoline. Fast delivery and very well packaged product. Clear assembly instructions. In a word, service and product: perfect! Highly recommended.
Very well advised. Effective for ordering and fast delivery.
The quality of the trampoline is really good. The assembly diagram could be improved.
high quality protection, quality of the tarp - Too recent to know its reaction to the weather, UV resistant... Good elastic attachment system passing through solid eyelets, much stronger than a string sewn on the tarp to attach to the springs! - Wide protection that covers our 180 mm springs well for a trampoline with a diameter of 3.60 m, little loss of space to bounce for better protection!
Very good quality trampoline. Very fast delivery. Very good advice given by phone.
The trampoline arrived within the agreed time. The material is of very good quality, the safety net is well designed. The assembly instructions are clear. We are very satisfied
We are delighted with the quality of the trampoline. However, we are quite disappointed with the carrier with whom we had made an appointment and who came at a completely different time of the day. (appointment made for the afternoon and came in the morning at 10 am). At the second appointment, it was because a neighbor ran after the carrier that the delivery could take place. The delivery person was not very motivated to make this delivery.
Solid product, easy to assemble. Kids are thrilled! Timely delivery.
Very good product quality. Relatively easy assembly (even alone). Small mix-up on availability, since the trampoline indicated in stock at the time of my order appeared as awaiting restocking in my order tracking. Product ordered on a Thursday evening and received the following Thursday at noon. Overall: it's good
I received the trampoline on time, it's just a shame to have been out of stock for the booster model, so I have a waoouh model that I find good but a bit excessive. As for the soccer net, it's really a useless gadget and luckily it's free. You wanted my opinion, make an effort on the prices or your gift offers!
