Very good
They called back to verify the adequacy of the order with the need, really excellent
Quality products received
Very good phone reception, precise and informed advice. Fast delivery and in accordance with the announced schedule. The assembly manual is not precise enough and lacks clarity (same as Ikea) The product itself meets my expectations and is of good quality.
The assembly instructions for the net were missing. By going to see friends who have the same one, I realized that I made mistakes. I will have to redo it :-((
Hello, We apologize for this oversight. In such cases, do not hesitate to ask us directly for the manual and we will provide it to you immediately by email. We also have assembly videos on our website or our YOUTUBE page. We renew our apologies and remain at your complete disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Very good product, but shipping costs are too high when it comes to spare parts (15 EUR). It's a shame that no other options for transport (Colissimo or parcel relay for example) are offered.
We are very satisfied, the delivery by carrier went well. The trampoline was carefully packaged, it was complete. The assembly was explicit. And since then, our children enjoy it every day.
No delivery issues and well-packaged material. Very easy to assemble, I installed it with my daughters aged 4 and 7. I am very satisfied with the product.
quality service with follow-up of sold products and the possibility of finding necessary parts for replacing parts due to normal wear and rapid delivery
very good quality product!!! a must...serious distributor and very good advice; ultra-fast shipping; I highly recommend this seller...
Very good service, the delivery person adapted to my requirements. Regarding the trampoline, one flaw: the cover for the springs does not stay in place well, it needs to be repositioned correctly after each good use.
Good relationship following a request for a promo code via chat. Very good product.
Trampoline received quickly. Good quality product. To see over time for durability.
Good service with seriousness
good no issues we appreciated the advice for receiving the packages
Product meets expectations, competitive price, delivery time ok
This trampoline is great. It impresses with its size. Once on it, there is room for tricks. I do not regret choosing the large size, given the number of times children or adults end up on the side mats. Thanks to the sales service for its responsiveness and availability. Delivery tracking was perfect. I take away one star regarding the difficulty of assembling the new fiberglass arch and the sometimes difficult-to-follow manual. But the sales service is impeccable once again.
good phone reception plus good technical advice on the purchased product
Good phone advice before purchase. Reactivity in the face of missing parts in the packages (additional shipment the same day) The assembly sketches could be improved and more readable. Assembly manual poorly assembled (one page in French, the next in Spanish, the third in English)
Hello, We apologize for the only assembly manual concerned by this issue. We have resolved this printing issue. We apologize and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team
Fast delivery, material installed without problems even though we would have liked the parts to be better numbered for quicker assembly. Trampoline conforms to the presentation on the site.
Excellent service, ultra-fast delivery, unbeatable quality/price ratio.
very good phone responsiveness and via the mailbox. very good products fast delivery - (note: the customer must specify when ordering the appointment for delivery as the carrier does not systematically set an appointment: therefore Notice of passage: waste of time for everyone)
good contact and information before sale. very responsive customer service: I was missing the assembly documentation which I received the next day
Wow trampoline spacious at 4m60, good bounce, seems solid, to be judged in 2 or 3 years.. my 10-year-old boys are having a blast!!! nice design!! the net part may seem complicated to assemble especially the poles: the green cover is difficult to slide along the pole while holding the foam, that's the only downside to improve... the payment in 3 installments is very appreciated and the delivery time is very correct
Very good quality trampoline, assembled in one morning with two people and without problems. Safety is guaranteed and the children are delighted. Let's see how long it lasts! In any case, I recommend!!
Trampoline of very good quality compared to the competition, very quick connection and explanation from customer service, very fast delivery. I recommend France Trampoline 100%.
Nothing to complain about. Delivery on time, very friendly and competent delivery person. Material well packaged. Easy to assemble. Good quality material. The whole family is happy.
Excellent site. Very serious. Available quickly even by phone for any questions. Very good quality product. Excellent quality/price ratio on the OXYGEN model. Very fast delivery. Only downside, instructions a bit complex.
Fast delivery, quality material in accordance with the description.. This trampoline brings joy to both young and old. Totally satisfied.
fast deliveries
Very good, no particular remarks
perfect
We ordered an Oxygen 250 trampoline with a net, with the instruction to be contacted for delivery. Everything went as we wished. The assembly is not complicated but takes a good hour. Four bolts were missing, after contacting customer service, very welcoming and customer-oriented, we received the bolts within 3 days! For now, the kids are happy and so are we!
fast delivery, very happy with the product!
Excellent! Very fast, simple. Good material.
This is the 2nd time I place an order, the first time in 2008 to buy a trampoline and this year to change the mat and the protective cushion. I called to make sure I wouldn't make a mistake on the size of the mat and springs. The advice was perfect.
Overall quite satisfactory, problem with some springs, assembly instructions too small to review,
Delivery on time. Easy assembly. WE LACK A PART FOR THE LADDER, so one of the steps does not hold.
very good telephone reception for order taking and very fast shipping
Package delivered in good condition and on time
Very clear site, fast delivery. I changed the delivery address after the order and it was done quickly and without any problem. Serious company to recommend without any issue... I now know who to contact when I encounter problems with my trampoline.
Serious and very fast service. Excellent material.
Thunderous delivery. Assembly very well explained. Good quality. I made the right choice ordering from your site.
