Satisfied with the delivery service and satisfaction with the ordered item
The jumping mat was ordered on Monday and I received it on Wednesday at noon, hard to be faster. Moreover, an advisor had called me to make sure I ordered the right reference. Very professional. I recommend this site without hesitation!
I am delighted with the speed of delivery, the very professional packaging, the quality of the trampoline. As well as the price. I recommend this site for the children's enjoyment. Thank you very much
Good product quality, perfect delivery time, good service, only the delivery price is a bit high (15€)
As soon as we visited, we knew our trampoline was on hold, so no bad surprises. Then we were contacted by phone to apologize and we had good follow-up; we are delighted with the trampoline and its quality, and the assembly was easy.
Good advice. Announced delivery respected. Good quality trampoline and fairly easy assembly.
Rather fast delivery. Good quality and finishing material. I use it with my daughters at my 93 kg.
Good overall service including transport. Good quality trampoline
Pleasant site to browse, complete, with clear and detailed information. A flawless performance. Order: fast and respected deadline. Good choice of carrier. Product conforms to its presentation on the site. Assembly instructions (trampoline) precise and intuitive, which is not the case for the attached ladder!
very good phone reception. fast shipping. very good service
Very clear and simple site, fast and serious service, and the product impeccable.

Excellent product and very efficient service.
product available quickly. Fast delivery
Precise phone advice and good reception. Fast delivery. Well packaged. Product seems very robust and assembly is not too complicated. I am waiting for a second package for a tarp that is out of stock.
Delivery service: OK Customer Service: Responsive, courteous, and fast. Assembling the trampoline: admittedly a bit long but quite simple in the end, you need two or three people. The trampoline seems to be of good quality and solid, we'll see over time. Very satisfied with my purchase, I would recommend this product.
Nothing to report, everything is perfect
Very good material (solid) shipped quickly as it was in stock in the 4m30 version
Very good after-sales service, very responsive, good quality products, very friendly order service.
Excellent service for contact and delivery of the trampoline. Too bad the delivery service is not the same for accessories because the company EXAPAQ does not make appointments for delivery and the driver only informs upon arrival at the home.
Perfect and fast order and delivery. Oval model purchased. Very easy to assemble. Brings joy to both kids and adults.
Very good site. Numerous explanations for choosing a trampoline. Reasonable delivery time with good tracking. Equipment of very good quality. In case of issues, the person who answers the phone is responsive to our needs and tries to find a solution quickly.
Very good. Fast delivery and within the announced deadlines.
Delivery as expected. Clear explanations for assembly. The material seems solid.
I had to use the warranty: very good responsiveness from France Trampoline. I am completely satisfied with how my case was handled.
Speed of reaction following a delivery problem, friendliness and availability, quality material
easy to reach a contact person. Excellent customer relationship. I recommend.
Problem with the frame of the protective net. Quick solution and handling by customer service at no additional cost.
Very good material, fast delivery. I recommend "France trampoline".
Very good.
satisfied with the order placed
The delivery is specified on the site between 2 and 5 days, I was debited 2 days after my purchase and delivered 8 days later. Otherwise, product as described.
Product of very good quality and ultra-fast delivery. Perfect!
Everything was perfect from the order where I always had someone who could inform me to the timely delivery and the assembly which was easy. I am completely satisfied with this purchase even if the price is a bit higher than on other sites, the quality of this trampoline is truly remarkable and my daughter has a lot of fun with it, now let's see how long it lasts.
delivery speed ordered Monday afternoon received Wednesday afternoon, only flaw noted on the trampoline two screws that did not have threads otherwise nothing to report
Very good, very good product, very good follow-up
excellent contact by phone regarding options and product information. I had to call customer service for a defective part after unpacking, responsive service and attentive.
delivery within the deadlines, very good quality material, but shipping a bit excessive for a post-order addition, namely a protective cover in a small box.
very good site. quality product and very fast delivery
very good and fast
Delivery by Exapaq not satisfactory. Package labeled "incomplete address" while everything was correctly filled out. I had to retrieve the package myself. No problem with the delivered product.
very good, fast and serious services
The product needs to evolve and the assembly instructions are no longer really up to date. Otherwise, good quality product.
Hello, we thank you for your comment on our instructions. We are currently updating them. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have a question during assembly. We also have videos on our YouTube channel that can help you. The France Trampoline team.
Good quality service and materials.
Ultra-fast delivery and quality products. Great satisfaction.
I was able to get information by phone without any problem from a friendly person who seemed competent. Fast delivery. The hip hop trampoline has been in place for a week and seems sturdy although I find the protective pad a bit thin. Overall very satisfying.
The trampoline fixing kit is missing, without warning the delivery of the package is made mentioning the two items.
Very responsive, no problem.
