Good quality trampoline at a fair price. For a spare part, efficient service and delivered quickly.
very fast service
Ordered on Thursday, delivery the following Wednesday. Everything is okay regarding the order. The material seems sturdy and well finished.
Perfect
Delivery time respected. Quality trampoline. Perfect!
Quick delivery. Careful packaging. Easy assembly for 2 people and well explained. Quality trampoline. Thank you
I was pleasantly surprised because there was nothing to say about the delivery, it took us 2 hours to assemble the trampoline with 2 people with no bad surprises which is quite rare, the quality is really great (to see over time) no unpleasant surprises except maybe the fact that I ordered the fixing kit at the same time which is still not available which worries me a bit because we are in a rather windy region and I put stakes in the meantime, that's all.
Very good site, very good product, quick and precise information by phone. Bag of small parts a bit fragile and bolts spilled in the box: was one missing or did we not find it... anyway, a detail.
very quick acknowledgment of the order. Only small downside, not being informed of the departure of the order from the warehouse for delivery.
Very good service. Quick reception of my order. Very good telephone reception. Quality of the product very good.
Good quality of service Good product
Super product - respect for deliveries - super
Excellent product, easy to assemble for parents and very appreciated by children.
Good telephone reception, good after-sales service. The chosen trampoline model fits my children well, but we regularly need to replace parts, so I am disappointed with the quality of the material compared to the purchase price.
Everything was excellent, from the online order, through the advisor's call, the quick delivery, and the easy installation.
pleasant and efficient telephone reception, timely delivery, easy assembly
we are fully satisfied with our choice (hop 360) and the quality and aesthetics of the product. it meets all points of view. I recommend France Trampoline which has by far the best quality/price ratio. The delivery times are respected and moreover, it is relatively quick. Additionally, the delivery person is courteous and friendly.
very good after-sales service, efficient, punctual, quick, and good technical advice
The delivery time was respected. The delivery services were excellent The material was in good condition and met my expectations, The quality of the materials seems very good I am very satisfied with my purchase
Deadlines respected, good quality/price ratio
good service, the delivery and the deadlines are as we discussed. good product delivered
very good material, sturdy, beautiful, great quality... with straps to secure it to the ground in case of wind.
good description. Fast and careful shipping. Assembly instructions in several languages, appreciated. Good quality of the material.
quick shipment arrived before my little girl's birthday because we were able to set it up before the big day just a small complaint you should include a protective cover in the pack for an additional price. This is a grandpa who says a big thank you to the whole team at Francetrampoline because it really is beautiful material and I made 2 happy (little children) thank you again
Very good service. Quick response and after-sales service without any problems: return of the material without any questions or request for delay. Mailing when there is a storm or weather problem is very appreciated. In short, you feel supported and followed, it's rare!!!
very good
call beforehand from the carrier. package in good condition very good service.
Deadline respected in accordance with the commitment Quality product Minor technical improvements to be planned for a product that meets expectations - hook for securing the cushion's tensioners in plastic some break after a week of normal use - the side in simple tarp thickness of the peripheral cushioning cushion should be 10 cm longer because too short originally So during jumps the side of the tarp rises and reveals part of the springs and the holes for securing the springs to the structure exposed to the elements and require regular repositioning To prevent water from entering the tube because otherwise there is no way to drain it - electro-galvanized spring ideally should be galvanized even if they are protected by the peripheral cushioning tarp - in my opinion they lack washers on the foot fixing brackets before the nylstop nut
Impeccable
fast
Flawless service. Material ordered and arrived barely a week after payment of the order in FRENCH POLYNESIA. Sales advisor always attentive to my problems. Thank you very much to the team that served me.
As always, fast and efficient
Great
the desired spare part was only available in a few weeks ..... deadline not fixed. I still took parts that I now have to adapt to the trampoline. good responsiveness: response/shipping
Hello, we acknowledge receipt of your comments and apologize for this issue. Indeed, you wanted to renew fiberglass arcs and we are out of stock on the model you have. However, having stock of other fiberglass arcs of similar length and in order for you to continue using the trampoline, our solution was to provide you with slightly larger arcs and in greater quantity (at no extra cost) so that you can easily adapt it to your trampoline. We apologize for this inconvenience and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Very good everything is perfect, thank you again.
Slight delivery delay but quickly forgotten because once assembled the whole family is having fun.
information not very clear regarding the temporary unavailability of the material. Quick responses to requests, delivery OK but fragile material: the hooks for securing the net break quickly 4 broken after barely 10 days of use
Hello, we thank you for your comment. As agreed, we will send you new hooks by post to replace the broken ones. We apologize for this issue and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Delivery in two parts as planned with the second delivery ahead of schedule: perfect
in accordance with the model presented on the website. 3 hours of assembly for 2.
Perfect service, product meets my expectations!
Fast delivery, quality product
Attractive prices, delivery times respected, material not yet unpacked (it's a gift) but will be tested this weekend. For now, nothing to report

Nothing to complain about: deadlines respected; delivery as expected; trampoline assembly OK and quality visibly very good (to be confirmed in use of course), kids delighted in the end!
Trampoline Jump'Up 4.30m super quality, my husband assembled it in 2 hours, the girls are having a blast, the trampo foot offers new games... The tricks keep coming... and my girls are not holding back! For one of their birthdays, there were 8 of them, under supervision of course. I am happy to have opted for a trampoline from France Trampoline, I had to exceed my budget but the option of paying in 3 installments without fees allowed me this excess, and given the quality of the material I have no regrets. Of course, there are trampolines at more accessible prices but the quality is not at all the same, and the safety of my girls is priceless! Trampoline delivered quickly - the delivery person was very professional, he helped me check the contents of the packages. Everything was there.
Fast and very satisfactory delivery following contact with the carrier.
very good service, information, transport and product. thank you
Good advice, fast shipping, high quality material, accompanied by a clear and reliable manual: it may be more expensive than a well-known general sports store, for example, but it is worth it! Thank you.
I am very satisfied with the service provided: - good information given over the phone - simple order form to fill out - delivery times and tracking well assured - easy trampoline assembly. Keep it up! Best regards - ***
excellent quality trampoline. the delivery was also very fast.
