New purchase made on May 18. It is June 2 and we still do not have our order. Hope to have it this week as the sun should arrive... Really satisfied with the quality of the materials and the speed of our previous order, we are this time a bit disappointed not to have been informed by France Trampoline about the ongoing restocking (As days passed, we had to call to be informed).
Delivery on time as announced. Solid and well-packaged items.
Good telephone advice before the purchase. Sturdy material, good bounce. Used by a child who competes in gymnastics.
Excellent service. I need advice: how to avoid the creaking of the springs with each jump!
Very fast delivery after order validation. One spring was crooked, 3 days later I received 2 replacements. Very fast and efficient service. Good quality trampoline. I will recommend the site to my friends.
Delivery a bit late due to a stock shortage of which we were well informed at the time of order. Carrier who schedules delivery "within the day" (not easy for working people). We are very satisfied with the trampoline purchased for our 4 children aged 3 to 12 years. They assembled it in 2h30 with their dad, everything is well explained. You can clearly see that it is of good quality and very sturdy! The trampoline creaks a bit but that must be normal in the first few days? Just need the sun to enjoy it fully!!
Excellent product of very good quality
serious and fast service
clear and explanatory website, fast delivery
Incomplete delivery: missing a fixing for the ladder. Otherwise, the 3.60 m model seems well suited for children.
Good quality product, easy to assemble. Our children are delighted!
Excellent advice and technical support
simple order, deadline respected, easy to assemble
Order arrived quickly. Very good quality trampoline, which brings joy to the children (and the older ones!). Assembly is easy. Serious company. Thank you!
thank you, product as described, fast delivery++
Perfect! Nothing more to say!
EXCELLENT PRODUCT OPTIMAL DELIVERY
fast delivery, very good product, the trampoline is very sturdy and resistant to strong winds, especially the "Mistral" in Provence.
Nothing to report, perfect.
Only issue: safety net assembly instructions in Italian....
Trampoline seems to be of good quality, good rebounds. Difficulty in setting up the safety net, but with YouTube help it's fine. We are happy with our purchase, and the children are delighted!
The trampoline is very good, and it was delivered on time in a professional manner. However, there are 2 problems: 1. The instructions start in French and end in Spanish. It should be chosen, and French if possible. 2. The instructions do not indicate at what height to set the stakes that hold the net. So we mounted them 3 times. But it may be due to the explanations in Spanish.
One spring is missing. I received 71 instead of 72. Can you send me the missing spring as soon as possible? Best regards,
Hello, We apologize for this problem. As discussed with you on the phone, we will send you the missing spring as soon as possible. We renew our apologies and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team
Very good quality trampoline and excellent after-sales service!!!
Excellent quality, fast and careful delivery. Completely in line with our expectations, and the children are extremely happy with this acquisition
for me France trampoline is quality and speed
Fast, material conforms to the ad and service is available and pleasant. My children love it.
Received quickly, compliant with the description. Very good carrier who respected my request to call me 1 hour before arrival (so I wasn't stuck all day waiting for it). The trampoline was very well packaged
delivery on time. Well explained assembly. Quality material. Dries quickly. 17 children of 5 years had a great time for the parents who were supervising. Happy to have chosen French. Justified price.
Perfect advice on the site and efficient delivery
fast delivery nothing to say product identical to the one proposed
Trampoline delivered quickly. Excellent customer service contact. Top delivery. I do not regret my purchase, quite the contrary, and I will advertise it. It may be more expensive than some trampolines on the net but in terms of quality, finish, safety, etc., it is worth the price. Go for it with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed!!!!!!
very serious, fast delivery despite a weekend and a public holiday. Very good quality material. Package in very good condition upon delivery
Very good service. Fast delivery
super trampoline! Assembly is simple. The whole family has fun on it. Delivery on time. Perfect packaging. Flawless service.
a fast shipment and good quality of the received material, I am very satisfied with my order at France trampoline. Thank you
Very happy with my purchase
The people who work for this site are REAL professionals. I ordered all the holidays and bridges of May the previous Saturday and received everything on Friday. Just too great in less than a week!!! I ordered the jump'up one size before the largest size and I assure you it's already super super big... I bought them for my 5 and a half year old son (the half is important), but it's mostly us who are having fun. Too bad I don't live in the south to use it every day (yes, Parisian life has its drawbacks). Finally, YOU ARE A PERFECT TEAM! Thank you (I assure you this is not a compliment made by someone from France trampoline), just a mother of a family more than delighted for her children.
Super product but some difficulties in assembling the net.
Assembly instructions for the oval model not quite compliant, but customer service is very friendly and available
The material is very good, everything assembles very easily, let's see how it holds up over time; currently super, 3 weeks of use.
Super site, all parts detailed for trampoline. 3 days to be delivered. I am delighted.
Fast delivery and very good quality material ... Happy lol
Top net circle: needs to be reviewed on the non-glued parts and does not succeed in assembling without coming apart in places. Not reliable. A bit expensive for a trampoline that will be judged over time. Think about improving the small parts that are not really sturdy and the fiberglass rods that fit poorly.
Hello, we will contact you shortly to resolve your issue. The France Trampoline team.
We are delighted with our trampoline. The only downside: the carrier helped me a bit to bring the packages into my house but specified that he was not allowed to. I was alone at home so I had to pitch in. Shouldn't the delivery person deliver the package (a bit bulky after all) where the customer wishes? Other than that, very very happy with the trampoline, (we've had it for a week)
Everything went very well. My order was completely fulfilled and without error in an optimal timeframe.
Excellent quality item and fast delivery. Perfect transaction.
Good product, delivery without problems, simple assembly. So far everything is fine.
Nothing to say, very satisfied, I am happy, very good site, I recommend it.
Speed in sending the package, friendliness on the phone, quality of the product.... nothing to complain about.
