very good: quality and suitability of the product to needs
I am very happy with the quality of the trampoline, the delivery is very fast and the carrier's service is competent and professional. I commend the phone support for its quality of advice and respect for the customer.
top quality, fast delivery, top !!!!
Very precise and helpful site for choosing the trampoline. Delivery on time. Easy assembly thanks to detailed explanations.
Very good customer service! Product of very good quality!
Serious, fast, efficient
Very good service, response rather quick and good reactivity. Apart from a small logistics issue quickly resolved, the package arrived in perfect condition. The instructions are clear and assembly is easy. The product is of good quality, nothing to say.

very good material
Trampoline seems to be of very good quality. Received quite quickly despite an order placed during the holidays.
Very good delivery time despite the Ascension holidays. Very good quality material and very well designed compared to what we see blooming in gardens. Many friends invested three times less than me but had to reinvest because those products were of poor quality and degraded in less than a year. For my part, I bought the Ovalie and I am completely confident with my three children, and I am sure it will last for many years.
Ultra-fast customer service but shipping costs higher than the material provided. Since we bought it (3 years ago), our trampoline gives us complete satisfaction.
Very satisfied. Quick and very complete responses to my questions. Thank you for your professionalism. Only downside, shipping is too expensive. Too bad!
Hello, purchase of a Jump'Up 390 trampoline & ground fixation kit. Delivery time relatively reasonable despite close public holidays. Call from the carrier & appointment made for the next day. Trampoline received on a pallet in 5 well-protected packages. Easy assembly with the help of the manual & video online. The materials seem robust (to be seen over time: here marine climate) & the finish is neat. Contact made with customer service for the jumping mat: immediate response & handling (less than 24h). Quick & efficient reaction to all exchanges via the site or Facebook... Very good customer service.. After several searches online, I highly recommend "France Trampoline" for the relational & professional quality of the product. Our trampoline is unanimously praised in our circle & our pride. We will not fail to recommend you. Best regards.
Excellent.... Assembly without issues, very good product!
Excellent site. Order placed on a Sunday evening and delivered on Friday morning, all this with the public holiday on May 1st in between, FABULOUS!!! The 3m60 trampoline assembled without difficulty, no missing parts. The kids can't get enough of it, very good quality trampoline, I have already advertised it to my friends and colleagues :)
Overall perfect. Delivery in 3 working days. Very simple assembly in just over 2 hours. The overall impression of quality is very good. Good material. To recommend.
Excellent site, the presentation and readability are great, and it's French.
Good service
Fast delivery. Easy assembly. Still plan for about 3 hours for a complete assembly with two people. Remember to warm up a bit beforehand. For non-sporty people, be careful to take it gradually... Watch out for sore muscles. The trampoline is a real sport...
The package was delivered in good condition within a very good timeframe, in accordance with commitments. The product was quite easy to assemble, although the manual sometimes lacks clarity. The trampoline seems very sturdy, it is stable and inspires confidence, my children are delighted. I am very satisfied with this purchase and the service provided.
GOOD SITE EXCEPT FOR THE CHOICE OF CARRIER WHO AFTER INDICATING A DELIVERY DATE DID NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME.
Very good quality product with a good assembly manual.
Paypal accepted. Order placed over the weekend. Delivered the following Friday despite two public holidays during the week. The carrier called me to schedule the delivery. The trampoline corresponds well to our purchase. Only downside, the pallet is slightly crushed but after unpacking, the trampoline is in good condition. But you are not to blame.
Delivery times respected, quality merchandise, assembly well explained. All positive!
Very efficient trampoline, with a good bounce and exemplary flexibility. However, I had some difficulties assembling it but nothing significant.
Very satisfied with the product and the handling of the order
Good specifications of the products, which allows for making the right choice. Good customer relationship if questions arise.
Purchase of the 430cm jump up trampoline with net, ladder, and protective cover received in 4 working days. The quality of the product seems to be on point, assembly is easy for two. In my opinion, it definitely needs to be weighted down to ensure stability in the wind. The trampoline meets my expectations and especially those of my daughters who will no longer have to borrow friends' trampolines. This trampoline is better in use and quality than most of them. Well done.
Speed of delivery, ease of assembly, product quality except for the pocket.
Excellent service... Very good contact with customer service. I recommend!!!
No worries regarding communication, advice, the product, or delivery. Thank you
Perfect. Trampoline conforms to what we expected. Fast delivery.
Very satisfied with our purchase of a jump 360 trampoline. Serious company in every way, relational, technical from start to finish, no false notes. Moreover, French materials.

speed, efficiency
Very fast delivery and assembly quite quick for two It would be better to split the package into 2 packages to facilitate carrying
Navigation on the France Trampoline site is easy. Careful and fast shipping of a good quality product as described.
