Fast delivery, too bad a fiberglass rod was missing! Otherwise it was perfect
We are very happy with the site. The trampoline was delivered quickly and is as ordered.
Customer service very attentive and responsive. Fast delivery and very serious (delivery day and time respected) Trampoline easy to assemble, the kids are thrilled! Thank you
Ultra-fast delivery, relatively simple assembly, very good quality material, in short, a little boy super happy with his birthday gift! A big thank you to you!
very nice material, easy assembly despite the time spent (at least 3 hours for the trampoline and the net). There isn't a day that the kids don't jump on it. They can't do without it!
Completely satisfied.
Fast delivery. Easy assembly.
Delivery as expected (order Thursday evening/delivered Tuesday). Trampoline apparently of very good quality (we will wait for the ravages of time for a definitive opinion)... / I assembled the trampoline and the safety net alone in 3 hours and 30 minutes. Very good purchase... the kids and the older ones are delighted. Highly recommend
Excellent service. Fast delivery. Impeccable carrier. In our 4.3m Jump up, there was a missing length of fiberglass reinforcement. Customer service reacted quickly and we were delivered the missing part in less than a week. Very serious company.
Very clear and comprehensive site, fast delivery, no issues.
Website is quite clear, company easily reachable by phone for additional inquiries (with knowledgeable staff), efficient order control (I had made a mistake ordering a product twice, they called me to confirm/correct), fast shipping. The product - an Ovalie 490 - is compliant and seems to be of good quality (material, finishes).
Order perfectly managed, fast delivery and product in good condition. The kids are having a great time!!
No problem: fast delivery, good quality material
Many different models. Too bad not to have more precision on the restocking of unavailable items (for example, May is quite a broad indication!).
Very good product. Excellent stability and jump quality. Only minor flaws: the fiberglass arch that comes undone in its bundle, and a few springs (4 out of 104) with misaligned hooks. These defects have no impact on the safety and performance of the product. Easy assembly (even alone).
trampoline delivered on time, well packaged, correct explanatory notice. high quality material
The material was received correctly and on time, thank you. HOWEVER, the fiberglass arc does not go around the trampoline, which causes the net to lean to one side: it looks bad and is not compliant with the visuals presented on the site. Do you have a solution to correct this error, it’s as if you sent us an arc suitable for a Jump'UP 360 or 390 trampoline while we ordered a 430. WE COUNT ON YOUR RESPONSE. Best regards,
fast delivery, product conforms to descriptions, of good quality
It was easy
I find the quality of the product really very good. Very easy to install, and very well secured for younger children. Small downside, on the delivery which was really catastrophic.
Superb product quality.
clear product presentation - it seems to me that the door made in the net was more practical before with its Zip, short delivery times perfectly respected, I do not buy a trampoline every day and wish not to need replacement parts (which are available) too soon
Good service, fast delivery
very good material, very fast delivery!
Very good product, both kids and adults are very satisfied, easy assembly, we do not regret our purchase, and recommend the site
Very serious and ultra-fast delivery
very fast delivery. Material meets our expectations. Inquiry by phone, very pleasant staff. Highly recommend
Quality material delivered in a timely manner
Net received on time, of expected quality.
very good service.
Order delivered quickly and product seems to be of very good quality, safe.
No problems with the order and tracking. Very good delivery service. Packaging may be too compressed as one of the tubes was damaged... Very good product with some difficulties in assembly (more than 3 hours), especially for the safety net to stretch it correctly, the fiberglass rods cracked... so disappointed on this point. Moreover, there is no protection for the joints of the rods as indicated in the manual.
The assembly of the Jump'up 460 trampoline is very easy, it is assembled in 2 hours. Delivery is quite fast and the quality-price ratio is a bit excessive... The delivery person was very nice.
Excellent email communication. Product quality as well.. The kids are having a blast
Very satisfied with the protective cushion we ordered: beautiful quality, easy to install, very fast delivery time and phone inquiry before the order which gave us complete satisfaction. So delighted with the product and the service!
excellent service very good product the children are happy
The delay between purchase and receipt is more than acceptable (ordered on Saturday received the following Wednesday morning!) The trampoline seems to be of very good quality. I am greatly satisfied!
good service
Very good advice, excellent quality of products, shipping without problems and within the indicated times.
quality material. Fast delivery
quality trampoline, excellent "bounce", also quite easy to assemble! the net is designed not to contain the frame, thus providing more safety. Fast reception as announced. I recommend.
Jump'Up 430 trampoline purchased on April 22 and delivered on April 29. Assembly without problems, the T-assembly system is clever and the whole seems very robust. The prices are not the cheapest but the quality and service are there!
I want to thank the company France Trampoline for their seriousness. Quality merchandise, very easy to assemble with the very well illustrated instructions. Delivery was top-notch as the carrier contacted to schedule an appointment with the customer. Honestly, I do not regret my purchase with you and I will gladly promote you. Looking forward to a new order.
The product meets expectations. Speed in delivery. Good telephone contact.
quality product, fast delivery, relatively easy assembly
the deadlines and the material are very good, the only downside is the delivery person, he contacted me on Tuesday for the delivery, I proposed Wednesday or Friday afternoon, he suggested Thursday or Friday from 09:00, I asked him if the delivery would be at 09:00 and he replied that the delivery is between 09:00 and 16:00, I agreed on Friday, I took my morning off and the delivery was made at 15:45, I think the delivery person could have known the time he would pass and I took my half-day off for nothing, in conclusion satisfied with France trampoline but not with their delivery person.
We ordered the jump'up 360 with the net and the trampofoot. We wanted a trampoline that could be used by all family members and that was of good quality so that the children could use it for a few more years. This trampoline perfectly meets all these criteria, we are very very happy with the product and also with the service. We were not particularly in a hurry for delivery but it is true that it is nice to receive it so quickly!
Very fast service and delivery. Serious company to recommend widely
very good product and ultra-fast delivery 24h
the information provided on the site is accurate: quality product, easy to assemble with 2, fast delivery, and guaranteed fun moments for children but also for adults!!!
