we are very happy with the trampoline - Impeccable delivery with an appointment with the carrier - Very easy assembly instructions (about 1h30 of assembly)
Delivery ok Material of Quality Very good assembly plan
Very nice service, fast delivery and great trampoline my daughters are having fun ... Thank you
Good quality product
very satisfactory, fast delivery, quality material
Clear site, Easy payment Fast delivery as per the order
Delivery product everything is in line with my expectations
Following my order of a jump up 360 trampoline pack, shipping time within 24 hours respected. Contact by the carrier the next day to set an appointment the day after for my case. However, had to pick up the packages at a meeting point because delivery with a 12-ton truck that could not pass through the alleys of my town. Assembly quite quick. Correct trial. nothing to complain about the quality for now. See in the long term.
Speed of service. Equipment assembles easily. Precise instructions.
nothing, I haven't used the trampoline yet due to the weather. Assembly instructions adapted and well detailed. This is different from exotic instructions.
Purchase without worries. A FRENCH trampoline that seems very robust!!!
nothing to complain about, fast delivery, products conform to the description, perfect
Delivery without comments as it meets our expectations. The material is worth the price, being of very good quality compared to what major brands offer. Moreover, the follow-up of ranges and the possibility of obtaining spare parts remains a guarantee of longevity. Paying more for durability is valid in our case.
Very good customer service, very good quality-price ratio, serious company, the best for a customer.
Easy to assemble, even alone I managed to put it together..... Beautiful materials..... My daughter is delighted........ since it was assembled she uses it every day..... I highly recommend it....
I ordered a trampoline mat and was disappointed because I thought the springs were included in the order. This point needs to be reviewed as it is not very precise. Thank you for taking note of this.
Hello, Thank you for your comment. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is not mentioned that the jumping mats are delivered with the corresponding springs. In the SPARE PARTS section, there is a special tab for the springs. The entire France Trampoline team.
Very happy with the product: easy to assemble. Everyone is delighted. Highly recommend. The delivery was quick.
Good quality product (nice finish) but long and difficult assembly. Fast delivery. To recommend.
Excellent service. The product is perfect and matches the description and delivery is very fast.
I give a very good rating for your site because I am very happy with the speed of your services and the quality of the materials I ordered.
perfect: delivery time < 1 week, product well packaged, matches the description, of good quality
Regarding the material: very good quality, but assembly takes more than an hour for 2 people. (3 hours in our case) However, regarding the delivery, luckily I met the delivery woman (a small frail young woman) in a parking lot in my village because her truck (a 10-tonne) would not have passed in my access road.
For now, I can only evaluate the delivery and transport, we have not opened the packages. For transport: everything was done to ensure that the delivery was quick and on time. PERFECT The delivery, that is to say the condition of the packages: PERFECT We will only unpack at the beginning of July, I hope to give the same appreciation for this operation. Thank you
For the delivery: nothing to report, punctual. For the assembly, 2 problems: - the protective sleeves for the net bars that are not mentioned in the manual, - the fiberglass rods that tension the net are too short (or you have to adjust the net posts by 0.5 cm which is impossible without a reference). For the quality of the material: so far everything is fine.
excellent delivery, two days... wow! I recommend this site twice. Thank you again, my daughters are thrilled.
Very fast delivery! Small downside. During delivery, the carrier should contact me to make an appointment! He didn't do it! He called me the day he made the delivery (he was in front of my gate). Otherwise, in terms of material, very very good, nothing to complain about so far.
The trampoline is beyond words, just perfect. Quickly assembled (about 2h30), and approved by my three monsters! The quality is impressive compared to other brands, it's a different budget, but it's really worth it!
very good site, clear and precise, fast and careful shipping
I am very happy with the goods received. The only negative point is that the shipping costs are very high.
Precise phone information before the order. Delivery in 48h. Trampoline easy to assemble. Sturdy safety net.
no particular comments except a positive evaluation on every aspect: friendliness and competence of the staff, fast delivery and in accordance with what was expected at the time of order, and finally, the trampoline meets our expectations, very satisfactory quality-price ratio.
excellent product
Superb French quality. The assembly instructions are very clear. Buy with your eyes closed!
quick handling of the order. and relatively simple assembly of the trampoline, only downside, the fiber rods holding the top of the net are quite difficult to assemble.
Great, I love your trampoline, this is already the second one we've bought.
No major problems - Fast delivery (only downside: we are asked to leave messages but they are not transmitted to the carrier, hence a communication problem) - Relevant material - Relatively easy assembly provided there are 2 people
High quality material, perfect after-sales service, competent telephone advisor... It's so rare, congratulations
The ordered product perfectly meets expectations and the price is more than reasonable. The shipping costs are a bit high which is why I gave 4 stars, but lightning-fast and professional delivery so hard to complain.
Delivery within the expected timeframe, appointment with the carrier which is ideal. The trampoline is perfect and of very high quality, much better than those I have seen in general. The assembly instructions are very well done and the assembly tips are ideal.
Very good quality, very stable when jumping. Very fast delivery. The kids are delighted and so are the parents.
Good communication, fast shipping. Package in good condition. Easy assembly thanks to the well-explained assembly booklet. Only downside: the carrier (subcontractor) did not respect the delivery slot they had set (9am-1pm but delivery at 3pm). In short, good shopping experience.
Fast delivery, item conforms to the order and of very good quality, to recommend
The site is very clear. I had a question about the delivery date and I received the answer to my question in less than 48 hours. The delivery went exactly as planned. The packages were on time. One suggestion though: consider stronger packaging or, better, more packages to make them easier to transport. The main package weighed about 100 kilos, which is way too much!
Very good purchase, very good service.
High quality product perfectly adapted. Fast delivery
very good supplier, always available on the phone for any information and fast delivery very good quality/price
perfect!
no bad surprises: quality product, fast delivery and easy payment
Good service and reasonable waiting time between order date and home delivery which was done quickly.
Very fast customer service. Package in good condition. Beautiful product.
