My order went well, thank you.
I am still waiting for the missing part...
Hello, We apologize for the delay in sending the missing part. Rest assured that we have followed up with the order preparation service and you will receive this item as soon as possible now via order FT271846. We again apologize for the inconvenience. The France Trampoline team.
I received my order but not at all at the scheduled relay (Trappes instead of Rambouillet). I would have appreciated being informed by France Trampoline from the start.
Hello Catherine, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the change of relay point and understand your disappointment. We take note to improve our communication. The France Trampoline team
It was very complicated to assemble and you had to be three people.
We are sorry to hear that the assembly took more time than expected and was so complicated. We still hope that you can now fully enjoy your trampoline and have a lot of fun with it. Your France Trampoline Team
It’s a serious company with quality products, but it remains expensive. 190€ for the octopulse 460 net... it’s very expensive and mine only lasted 3 years after my 6-year-old daughter with her weight of 25 kilos tore it during a strong push. I specify that I do not store my trampoline in winter.
Hello Christopher, thank you for your detailed feedback. We are pleased with the perceived quality and take your comments on price and durability into account. Winter storage does indeed help extend the lifespan of our products. The France Trampoline team
Fast shipping, my little girls are delighted
Excellent good products, good service with a smile
very nice company
I was expecting a connection between each stick
We are excited now there is a protective entrance in the middle
Order received quickly and top-notch customer service! I recommend
Hello Delphine, thank you for your feedback! We are delighted that the delivery and our after-sales service met your expectations. The France Trampoline team
Hello, not being a really expert handyman, I found the instructions not very practical. As soon as we manage to place the roof of our trampoline correctly, it will be great!
Hello Véronique, thank you for your feedback. We take your comment about the manual into account and hope you will fully enjoy your trampoline once it is installed. The France Trampoline team
Mediocre packaging
Quality fabric, very good product.
Great!
Product conforms to the description. However, the delivery was not compliant: no prior call to propose a time slot as indicated in the email.
Hello Christel, thank you for your feedback. We are glad that the product is compliant and we apologize for the delivery issue. The France Trampoline team
Product conforms to the order
Everything it’s ok
a quality trampoline but the instructions need to be reviewed. The Chinese really do better in this area. So many back and forth in the assembly due to certain inaccuracies.
Hello Jean Marc, thank you for your feedback. We are delighted with the quality of the trampoline and take your comments on the manual into account to improve it. The France Trampoline team
Perfect
I ordered and assembled the XL Infinity with 45 m - simply great! My children (3.5; 4.5 and 6.5 years) are thrilled with it. Of course, I tested it myself first, and I like it very much too. Quality and price-performance ratio are top.
Thank you very much for your great review! We are very pleased that the XL Infinity is so well liked by your whole family. We wish you and your children continued joy with it. Your team at France Trampoline
Fast and good. Great tracking for the delivery

Good product. Delivery time respected
I bought a trampoline 10 years ago. My children use it intensively since. After replacing the net last year, I just bought a replacement protective pad to give it a second youth. Fast and careful shipping of quality items.
Hello Gael, thank you for your loyalty and your feedback! We are delighted that your trampoline has been with you for so many years and continues to satisfy you. The France Trampoline team

It is especially nice to hear that the children are having so much fun with the net. We wish you continued enjoyment with it! The team at France Trampoline
The company is very serious.
The goods are flawless, but the delivery service is a disaster, wrong address, it took me a week to finally pick it up from a company, they informed me by phone that it was delivered to you.
Thank you very much for your feedback and for highlighting the quality of our product. We are sorry to hear that there were issues with the delivery and that this caused you inconvenience. Although the shipping is handled by an external transport company, we take your feedback very seriously and will pass it on to improve the service. The France Trampoline team
Products conform. Fast delivery and no problems. Thank you

Easy order, home delivery in a few days.
Very disappointed with your trampoline: First order I receive a set with net without arches, following a net problem under warranty you send me a non-compliant net that requires arches so I am forced to buy arches, 3rd order I receive a net without arches I end up with arches paid at my expense due to your mistake. I think I will not return to France Trampoline for the acquisition of various products. Too bad.
Hello, We are sorry for this misunderstanding. Indeed, the arches are not included with the textile net alone and must be ordered separately. This information is also indicated on the product sheet. Best regards,
Fast delivery. The mat that protects the spring for oval 430 is a bit too big which causes it to bulge towards the jumping mat and leaves a gap between the mat and the springs
Hello Sandrine, Thank you for your detailed feedback. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service so that we can verify the assembly and offer you an appropriate solution if necessary. The France Trampoline team
Top trampoline with spare parts available.
Parts and delivery impeccable.
An order error, 1 product was missing. Picking error. Product returned immediately following non-compliance protocol. No issues.
The delivery was fast and the products are of quality. But compatibility with other brands is not as obvious contrary to what is announced on the site.
Hello Delphine, We are delighted to hear that you found the delivery fast and that you are satisfied with the quality of our products. Regarding compatibility with other brands, we take your feedback into account and will ensure to clarify this information on our site. Best regards, The France Trampoline team.
The jumping mat corresponds exactly to the requested dimensions, and arrived as expected
Thank you for your feedback! We are delighted that the canvas perfectly matches the desired dimensions and that the delivery went as planned. The France Trampoline team
