Comprehensive and very responsive after-sales service following the request to repurchase the complete hardware for a climbing dome.

I am very happy with the product even though I regret receiving a promo code a few days after ordering!! However, the trampoline's edge does not stay between the net and the outer bar. It's a shame. There are hooks that broke very quickly as well.
Delivery was late. Fortunately, the delivery person was friendly. The installation instructions were very brief, leading to errors. Some elements were difficult to install, resulting in injury. The result is fortunately up to standard!
The hook to thread the tensioners is missing. It was a real hassle but we eventually managed to do it
Hello Cornelie, Thank you very much for your review and your 5/5 rating! We are delighted that you managed to assemble your trampoline despite the difficulty encountered with the tensioners. Don't hesitate to contact us for any questions or need for assistance. Enjoy your trampoline! The France Trampoline team
