The assembly instructions for the protective cushion are not suitable for assembly on an existing trampoline: it needs to explain how to proceed given the presence of the safety net

Very well advised. Serious company.
Very good kit but surprisingly one nut was missing on a cable clamp, for which I could not find an equivalent in hardware due to different machining, so I had to buy another cable clamp.
I received the package well. The box was badly damaged. The delay is relatively short. About 10 days. The trampoline is not yet assembled/installed.
Satisfied with the package
Superb perfect.
Very fast delivery, very nice and professional delivery person. Thank you for this efficient service!
Hello Aurélie, Thank you very much for your positive feedback and your rating of 5/5. Your satisfaction is our priority! See you soon on France Trampoline! The France Trampoline team
Perfect, super quality.
All the materials inspire confidence and robustness, I recommend watching the assembly video before receiving the trampoline. The children love it, I recommend!
Hello Frédéric, Thank you very much for your exceptional review and your recommendation! We are delighted that the quality of our materials and the satisfaction of your children have convinced you. We hope you fully enjoy your trampoline! The France Trampoline team
Fast delivery
The number of anchors for the ninja course is too few and it's impossible to recommend apart from other anchors to complete, too bad; For the 45m zip line, the spring is too weak. It is completely crushed for a person weighing 65 kg! So it does not fulfill its role even when respecting the indicated slope. It is necessary to find an additional braking system and a net to avoid any collision with the support.
Hello, We are sorry to hear that you encountered problems with the ninja course and the zip line. Your comments are valuable, and we take your suggestions into consideration. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you have any other concerns or ideas. Best regards, The France Trampoline team.

Great trampoline. Very good quality. Easy to assemble. The only small downside is that there is a head of the net support bar that was broken. We are waiting for the customer service response. Otherwise, we recommend 200%

Thank you very much for your review! We are glad that everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition. — The France Trampoline Team
I was asked to choose a day for delivery. On that day, I had to travel 40 km to the summer house where I expect the delivery. I waited the whole day and nothing. I've lost one day. This is not how you treat your clients. Very disappointed. Most likely, I will not get my order even after 4 days.
very good
Great trampoline. It's a job to assemble, disassembling it won't be easy, but it jumps really well, is of good quality and the kids are delighted
All well done
The delivery and assembly went without surprises, and the product indeed inspires confidence for safety of use.
Thank you for your feedback Matthieu! We are delighted that everything went perfectly: safety is our priority! The France Trampoline team
Fast delivery, easy assembly (you still need to be two at certain moments, and to move it, even if it is light) quality product. To be followed over time.
