The order was placed by phone. Friendly, pleasant and good advice staff. The only "hic" is not the responsibility of France Trampoline but of the carrier DPD who never contacted me and left the packages in front of my gate in my absence. Fortunately, I wasn't away for the weekend. I expressed my "surprise" to them.

France Trampoline spontaneously decided to replace the jumping mat of a large trampoline due to the presence of a hole that appeared 3 months after the expiration of the legal 2-year warranty. I bought a new protective net for my trampoline purchased 15 years ago. I was very disappointed with the quality of this product compared to the net I had, which was obviously purchased from you. The zipper is of a single length without a return and not reinforced, the thickness of the mesh of the net is considerably reduced. The old net must weigh double that of the new one. It's a shame to reduce costs and compromise quality. I will hesitate to recommend France trampoline now.

Order shipped quickly. Easy to install, need a ratchet strap for tension. Detailed documentation, quality material. I had the choice between France Trampoline and a Chinese site, even if it is also made in China, it is of good quality. And it supports a Bordeaux company, let's buy French when possible.
