Perfect service, good follow-up, it allowed us to repair our old trampoline, purchased over 10 years ago.
After-sales service of no use, incorrect item description and cumbersome solution... My next purchase will be at another store.
Hello, We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. It seems that our explanations regarding the installation of the protective skirt were not well understood, and we regret that. We want to reassure you: this is a product we sell every year, and we generally do not have feedback indicating a particular difficulty in installing it. Our team remains available if you need more detailed assistance.
The material is very appealing to children, just missing a net at the top.
Very good contact with customer service. Nice commercial discount and rather fast delivery. Everything was as expected.
After-sales service absolutely perfect. Help in selecting the right spare parts, checking and correcting my order.
Perfect commercial contact but the renewed product has a less beautiful finish than the initial product.
Very clear and precise site.
Product conforms to the description, sturdy. Fast delivery and well notified. I am very satisfied with my purchase!
Everything went perfectly and the product meets expectations.
Delivery via Mondial Relay with a bounce because the allotted time was too short. I had to pay for delivery again, and I don't find that great.
Hello, We apologize for this inconvenience, but the 8-day deadline at the relay point is a rule set by Mondial Relay and applies to all packages, regardless of the brand. Unfortunately, we have no control over this duration. We advise you to closely monitor the delivery tracking for future orders to avoid this kind of situation. Best regards,
Easy order, very fast delivery. Assembly rather easy with a clear manual. Very nice product quality.
Overall, it looks excellent. Negative aspects: Some parts of the assembly are a bit tricky (the jumping mat and the net, in particular), and the instructions could be a bit clearer. Examples: - Jumping mat: from memory the instructions suggest starting to put 4 springs symmetrically (at 0°, 90°, 180° and 270°), but if you happen to not attach one of the 4 springs (or several of the 4) RIGHT on its own hook on the structure (obviously for one hook of the mat corresponds to only one hook on the structure), you realize a bit too late of the mistake and either you have to start all over again, or you have to manage to remove THE spring that is not hooked correctly, and which is therefore obviously as tight as possible. Perhaps each hook on the mat and on the structure should be numbered, for example, to be sure to start correctly (1 with 1', 2 with 2', etc.), or at least just the 4 at the beginning (at 0°, 90°, 180° and 270°)? - Safety net: the instructions specify that it must be tight, but it is possible that one only realizes too late how tight it must be, and that if one did not tighten enough at the beginning, one ends up having to tighten more and more, until it is no longer possible. So you have to start over, tightening much more from the beginning. Positive aspects: Despite the occasionally tough assembly, it all looks really solid and of quality. My little one is having a blast on it (and so am I, by the way). I hope it lasts over time.
Perfect service, very well organized site with prior verification of the need by the sales department before validating the order. Delivery fully conforms to the description.
Quality product
Very satisfied with this purchase and the quality of the products.
The use of this material is almost impossible for children: the cylinder is too smooth. I will try to attach a rubber washer to save the use of this object.
Hello, We are sorry to hear that the wooden zip line seat does not fully satisfy you. Please note that it is also available in a plastic version, which offers a different texture and may be more suited to your needs. Do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to proceed with an exchange or obtain more information. Best regards,
Quick order, convenient delivery and quality product. Thank you France Trampoline.
Quality trampoline. My children aged 9 and 13 love it and so do the parents.
Material okay and correct timing
Top service and timing
Good service, very fast delivery
Fast delivery, the net seems a bit less qualitative than the original, we will see over time...
Super quality!
Thank you
Very fast shipping, quality service, trampoline super well! Nice finish. We are very satisfied with our purchase.
Very good product. Easy order on the site. Very good to be able to get spare parts. One downside. The pole + attachment + net + arch kit is cheaper than the arch and net alone...???!!!??? However, delivery is very problematic. In 2025, you can't ask the customer to wait for free from 08:00 to 18:00 for a home delivery... It's absurd... Change providers or find platforms closer to package pickups... Delivery is paid!!! And I have to wait at home for 10 hours?? It's shameful. This failure will make me order elsewhere next time...
Great for kids
Very good
Impeccable, very fast and efficient delivery, product that seems to be of very good quality. We are delighted with our purchase.
Compliant!
Good quality material and fast delivery
Overall very good product, stable, which stands out from some others, good market. Legs reinforced by the posts that go down to the ground. The assembly instructions sometimes lack precision or contain ambiguities.
Good quality trampoline but difficult to assemble in the absence of sufficiently detailed instructions in the assembly manual. Moreover, if we hadn't kept the tool to pull the springs from the old trampoline, we would never have managed to assemble it.
Perfect
Good product rather easy to assemble
The delivery was quite fast but we received broken bars. Fortunately, we had some left to replace them but the package should be better wrapped for the price we pay.
Hello, We are sorry to hear that some bars arrived broken. In case of damage upon delivery, do not hesitate to raise reservations with the carrier and contact us quickly with photos of the problem. This allows us to manage the situation effectively and offer you an appropriate solution. Best regards,
I had a doubt about the size of the replacement net, the person who answered me on the phone was very responsive and immediately found the suitable model. Very quick!!
Climbing dome at the top with great quality, the kids love it and so do their friends! I recommend it without a doubt but be careful with the assembly which is quite complex.
Order and delivery "as it should be."
Timely delivery... Setting up the climbing dome with 2 people went... The dome is very stable.. all 4 kids can play great
Product conforms to the description. Assembly requires good physical condition and at least 3 people are necessary at certain stages of construction.
The product is great, it has crazy success with friends and children who come to the house. We have negative remarks to make: The assembly of the dome and the slide is almost impossible with 2 adults, a 3rd person is needed. The manual should include a summary of the entire product: we assembled the dome entirely before realizing that we should not go all the way up to install the cabin. The spacing of the slide to stretch the fabric is mission impossible, we had to use a jack to get the gap!! There is a gap between the end of the cabin and the beginning of the slide because we could not adjust as requested in the manual, it does not work technically. Our daughter did not see the gap at one point and one leg went through, she hurt herself badly. To secure the fact of climbing on the dome and the monkey bridge we added anti-slip stickers, it would have been good if you thought to propose or provide it directly.
Fast shipping of my order... Quality products.
Nothing to report. Order delivery time fast, product quality. Everything was OK.
Quality products and excellent order and return services.
Service OK but the basketball attachment damages the foam protection of the trampoline posts.
Very good site but I made a mistake and ordered in double.
Very good.
Very good material. No assembly difficulties on my part.
Package in good condition and delivered on time.
