Unpackaged carton delivered damaged and the item inside was also damaged. For such an expensive item, it's a shame. A partial refund was made but still disappointing.
Hello, We are sorry that the package was damaged by the carrier, which can unfortunately happen despite our precautions. We understand your disappointment. That is why we offered you two solutions: either a replacement of the damaged basketball panel or a partial refund of the item. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need further assistance. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards,
Perfect service
Fast delivery, perfect installation. Delighted with my order
smooth delivery, installation document very well done, top material. Pure pleasure. Our grandchildren will have a lot of fun.
Hello, I am very satisfied with my purchase the product is exactly as I imagined. As for the installation, the frame was complicated to drive in, but with a stiffer pliers it was much easier, for me that's the only negative point to mention. Otherwise after this step it was a real child's play. My 15-year-old son told me it was very easy to gain height, no phenomenal strength needed to go high. In conclusion, the trampoline is excellent!!!
Our trampoline has found a second youth, we had to change the jumping mat as well as the protective cushion which were very damaged after 3 years. The sale of spare parts is an excellent service!!!
No problem, received quickly and without issue
Gift planned for Christmas for our grandchildren, so too early to evaluate it, as not yet used. But the quality of the sent items seems to meet my expectations... And everything arrived well, well packaged!
Packaging just strong enough.
The material is great and the team was attentive to me. Fast delivery.
Package in good condition.
not only concerns my last order but also the previous order regarding a trampoline
Very good service. Fast shipping. Very good material
I am satisfied with the purchase

Everything went perfectly from the order to the delivery. Thank you
Thank you, you have a product of high quality and the after-sales service you offer has helped me a lot, thanks again.
Everything went very well from the order to the delivery. A very great seriousness from everyone. Keep your delivery system and especially the driver who is very professional. A big thank you to him.
Product was just as I believed, fits very well as winter protection on my dome.
Good day! We have noted your message regarding the inner tent of a climbing dome that you would like to use as winter protection. We would like to point out that this item is not intended for this use and should ideally be stored in a garage during winter. The Trampoline Technik Team

Very good customer service and very fast delivery. Good quality products
Fast and everything well explained, of good quality
Satisfactory product. To be confirmed over time
Hello, I am satisfied with the product overall. The only downside is that I already have about fifteen plastic hooks that serve to hold the protective net which are already broken.
I bought a trampoline about 1 month ago, and as of today it still hasn't arrived. I have sent several emails to get information and I am still waiting.
Sir, Madam, we understand your message, as your order is blocked at the agency in Barcelona, waiting to be sent to the final delivery agency and then to your locality. However, as explained with customer service, due to local flooding around Valencia, your city is currently inaccessible for deliveries. We also find this problematic, but we must wait for the situation to normalize and for the carriers to obtain authorization to circulate again. Please know that the carriers also have little interest in holding your order; they need the space to work and move their goods daily. We appreciate your patience. Take care, The JUMP IN SPAIN team.
I was one of those who doubted when buying a trampoline. But for the price and quality, it is very top.
easy access to the sales service; clear explanations, tailored to my request; substantial discount; delivery as agreed on the right date very well planned with a wide time slot, without notifying the exact arrival time as requested during the appointment, delivery in good condition, a bit rushed the delivery person was in a hurry to leave material not yet assembled so no comment on the contents of the package

Super fast delivery
Easy order Fast delivery
Perfect. Top-notch customer service
Pleasant person and attentive to customers on the phone, thank you for the advice on our after-sales service.
The customer service of France Trampoline is very responsive and met my expectations. After my move, I had lost some parts of the climbing dome that I was able to reassemble. Thank you
The product meets my expectations (trampoline cover) and seems really sturdy. We'll see how it ages over time. It doesn't look exactly like the photo, it has many more ventilation grids than I thought. I am happy with my purchase.
Nothing to report

Very good customer relationship
Excellent product. Fast shipping.
I have been used to maintaining my trampoline in good condition for many years thanks to France Trampoline without any problems.
Very good service
Small complaint: we do not know which side of the net to show outside until we place the adhesive decorative strip with Velcro.
Good service
Very good. I trust this provider both in terms of quality and online ordering.
Product of acceptable quality, due to an issue I needed to contact customer service, they were very responsive and provided me with an appropriate answer.
