Good value for money. We'll see over time how the fabric wears...
Impeccable.
The jumping mat fits perfectly on our old Hudora trampoline, for which there are no original replacement parts anymore. The material feels very good and seems high quality.
Excellent.
The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and competent. She fully met my expectations. I am delighted.
Perfect!
The part completely matches what I was looking for. I also sent an email and received a quick response. I highly recommend! My trampoline has come back to life!
Great hammock for the large dome. Only downside: the hammock came with an old instruction stating that you need to attach carabiners (which were not included). After a brief inquiry, the new instructions were sent by email. This slightly dampened the birthday surprise. But since it has been hanging, it is loved!
Very good listening and wise advice.
The foam is larger than the circumference of the trampoline. Although it is the right model.
Very good service. Fast delivery.
Perfect delivery. Material as described.
Speed and quality of the material.
Order received well and matching our request, fast shipping, we were very satisfied.
Very good.
Fast delivery, great trampoline
Perfect, nothing to complain about.
Trampoline as described. Thank you.
Item as described, delivered quickly.
Material of very good quality, easy assembly. Time to assemble with my wife: 4 hours. Just 3 points to improve: 1/ Getting out of the trampoline is not easy at all, even with the ladder. 2/ The green spring cover, at the ladder level, does not stay in place, I had to use a clamp with bungee to keep it in place. 3/ Improve the assembly instructions for fixing the lower part of the net (there is nothing explaining how to fix it).
Very satisfied with my purchase so far...
Very good
Very good, fast delivery and quality product.
We are satisfied with our purchase. The assembly is very well explained. Trampoline already tested by a group of 4 children.
Nothing to say, very good.
Reliable site, perfect delivery, I highly recommend.
Good quality trampoline. Not too complicated to assemble. Makes our two little girls happy.
Very good material received, quick and quality communication with France Trampoline.
Quality product and impeccable delivery. My trampoline is 13 years old, I wanted to reorder a net but the exact model no longer existed, I still managed to find one that fits.
Serious carrier, package slightly damaged but not severely.
Fast delivery and good advice on the phone.
Attentive staff and quick response to all questions. After a first contact, all doubts were resolved in just a few hours. Regarding the installation on concrete floor, a change of the anchoring kit for ballast bags was offered, at no extra cost. They took care of the purchase process to register the offer, receiving an email for the payment process. Fast and very easy. The only downside, and NOT related to the trampoline, its management or quality, but to the logistics chain. The trampoline was stuck in Irun from Thursday, August 15 to Thursday, August 22 when it was delivered, a whole week. In my case, since I was only there for 3 weeks on vacation, it bothered me a bit to lose a whole week... We assembled the trampoline between a couple, older than 50 years, with some effort but without major technical problems. So far little use but until now delighted with the product and looking forward to continue enjoying it....
Everything is perfect. Nothing to complain about.
The delivered material is very well packaged. The instructions are clear and the installation is simple. I highly recommend.
Really serious site. Top products.
Excellent product received very quickly. Thank you.
Very good service; I made a mistake when ordering online (uncertainty about my trampoline model and its year of manufacture). I quickly called and thanks to the wise advice of the advisor who answered me, she was able to correct my online order. A few days later, my package was delivered and the net plus jumping mat fit perfectly. Top reception and service. I recommend.
Very fast delivery, even before the expected date! Very polite and professional delivery person!
Very good product. Very high quality in the materials used and the structure section that inspires confidence. The ladder is an option to consider. It is also well designed with robust plastic materials.
Easily having a contact person on the phone, order delivered quickly.
The assembly was very easy after a brief initial confusion. It was definitely worth it for the shining children's eyes.
Excellent trampoline, very satisfied with the purchase
Contact for purchasing spare parts very satisfactory and professional.
exemplary
Very pleasant to have a company that manages its spare parts well.
After waiting for the expected availability period, everything went smoothly without any problems.
Great service! My 4 and 7 year old kids spend hours on the trampoline :)
Fast delivery. Product as described. Perfect.
Hello. I am happy with your services but I still have not received my order because the relay point where it was supposed to arrive is closed until August 31. Moreover, I have not received any email from Mondial Relay. Could you tell me where it is located??? I am worried about not having received a message. Best regards ***
