Great, quick customer service!! Incredible, I am very impressed. Top products with exceptional quality!
Product that seems to be of very good quality, to see over time. Relatively easy assembly, done by one person. Delighted with the additional advice received during a phone exchange. Fast shipping.
We are super satisfied with our climbing dome (2.5m) and have already infected friends who are now also buying one. Robust, stable, and weatherproof. Our little 3-year-old loves it and learns new ways to climb or swing every day.
I am satisfied with the result, an attraction for young and old.
The product meets my expectations. Impeccable delivery and respected.
My order was delivered quickly and carefully. The courtesy and great friendliness of the delivery person were greatly appreciated.

Hello, Items thrown in a box and shipped. No protection. Items arrived with scratches....... In short, given the price of shipping..... it's really not great.... Especially since we have been used to much better.
Hello, We apologize for the inconvenience caused regarding your fiberglass arches purchased as spare parts. We are forwarding the information regarding your order to the preparation service. Hello, I am already a customer, I bought a trampoline, start'up 250, delighted with the product and recently a 15m Ninja course and slackline, quality product, course widely validated by my 3 grandchildren, I recommend your brand, and thank you. Best regards, Mrs. Faivre Françoise
very good quality... had previously ordered from Amazon and had to return it because the jumping mat had no bounce. The jumping mat from Trampolintechnik is really top and the kids are having fun again!

Friendly delivery driver but the instruction to call 15 minutes before delivery was not communicated...
Replacement identical to my trampoline mat with 120 springs dating back 15 years. Impeccable, plus there is a delivery tracking to ensure everything is okay.
Very good, except difficulty in following the reason. I prefer relay pickups.
