I complained about the catch net due to defective teeth on the zipper. It was not accepted. The child fell out of the net and was severely injured. Only then did a new net arrive. Unfortunately, there was only a written apology, but no further response to my email. Compensation for the child would have been more appropriate. Unfortunately, I never heard anything more about it. Order delivered within the expected time. Super quality trampoline. With the Apollo sport, you can really jump high, unlike some trampolines where the mat is too soft to have rebound. The rectangular shape is also perfect for a former gymnast who does not want to lose her ability to visualize herself in space. Good trampoline overall, installation not too hard. Springs and mat could be more efficient for better bounce and take more height for sports use (acrobatics). Legs, chassis seem to be of good quality for intense sports use (to be seen over time).
