I ordered and paid for a trampoline surround on 23.09.2024 because I had a good experience with the delivery of a jumping mat. The delivery date was set for 28.11.24, and on 29.11.24, the handover to the carrier was confirmed. Since then, the shipment has been untraceable, as communicated via email on 12.12.24. As of now, on 05.01.25, I have no information on whether and when I will receive the delivery.
