Top, especially with the hammock! My 2 sons aged 4 and 6 spend hours there.
I greatly appreciated that an employee from your company contacted me to verify my order before sending the item. Very serious, competent, and attentive employee to customer requests. Delivery time respected.
Very good service
Very good
Order shipped and delivered on time as expected during the order.
Perfect!
Great After Sales Service! 1 phone number available on the website, which is becoming increasingly rare, 1 very nice person who responds immediately, effective follow-up. The fabric arrived the following week. I recommend +++
Perfect
Very good quality material
Description conforms. Fits perfectly
We had a circular hoop from the top of the net that broke during the first assembly. It's a shame we taped it... Can you replace it for us? We watched an online video before assembly, it's complementary to the manual to avoid mistakes when attaching the springs. You need to assemble the trampoline yourself to know how to disassemble it later Best regards
Easy to order Fast and careful delivery I recommend France trampoline
We have had our trampoline for nearly 10 years and are delighted to be able to order worn parts so easily with a customer service that is always responsive and professional! Thank you!
Product not received because the shipping company allegedly could not find the address
Please excuse the inconvenience with the delivery person. If needed, you can feel free to contact customer service directly by phone or email. The carrier does not always contact us when there is a problem with your delivery. Since he is in contact with you via email, he asks you directly for information. It is important that you check your emails regularly when a delivery is pending.
Quality net; easy and quick assembly with very practical straps.
I was missing a package that was sent to me immediately after my complaint.
Satisfied with the purchase
Advisors are attentive, friendly. Fast delivery. Quality material.
The assembly must be done with force for each dome bar to fit, the screws are of poor quality.
Nothing to report
I am satisfied with Trampoline Technik and the product, BUT the delivery with Kühne and Nagl took about 20 days and that only after many phone calls!!
Good quality, easy to assemble, impeccable delivery
Effective and quality! Finally a customer service that can be reached, which provides good information. Order placed and delivered immediately! Thank you
bad choice of net
Hello Madam, If you made a mistake on the model of the net you can always request a return of it. Do not hesitate to call us if you need advice! Best regards,
Complies with the description. NOT YET INSTALLED, BUT UNPACKED...
Very good, fast delivery, quality product but complex assembly.
Thank you for your commercial gesture, as changing the net + protective mat remained very expensive compared to a new trampoline.

Completely satisfied
Purchase of spare parts, fast delivery on time, product compliant
Satisfied
Quality items corresponding to the order, delivery within the indicated deadlines
Nothing to report. Product arrived very quickly. Great
Material easy to find. Material received quickly. Perceived quality excellent. Perfect.
The package was left in front of the door by the carrier with the package re-taped by the carrier. The seller must resend the package to me, after a complaint, I have not heard back despite several follow-ups.
Hello, Thank you for your message. We are sorry for the problem encountered and for the response times from the carrier. A return has indeed been made to this day! Best regards,
Delivery time respected. Perfectly packaged. Clear assembly instructions (2 hours for 2 adults). Very good quality. I recommend this product...
Yes, an assembly manual would be: besides, I haven't assembled the material yet... and I would like you to send me one. Thank you very much
Perfect delivery, material in very good condition. The assembly went well, we took our time! It's better to have two people. My grandchildren are delighted!
Very good trampoline. Complies with the description
very practical site, the ordered product is perfect, in accordance with my expectations and the configuration of my trampoline purchased a few years ago in a large sports store. Fast delivery to my home.
Very good quality.
Fast delivery, informed advice before purchase.
The manual is really not very clear and the legs are very complicated to assemble... I haven't even finished the assembly yet... a bit disappointed. ***
Hello, We are sorry that you encountered difficulties assembling the Mirage trampoline. Please feel free to call us or send us an email if you need help. Best regards,
Great item, however there were closer relay points for delivery than what was proposed! Best regards.
The bars of the monkey bars and top den are far weaker than the bars of the main de we have. Our child who is only 30kg was afraid using the monkey bars as they bowed when he used them and the way the canvas at the bottom of the top ten dips down a lot and the bars bend which made him feel unsafe. We were disappointed because the main structure was very solid. We were so disappointed we did not attach the ladder, my husband who is a metal worker wishes to strengthen the ladder before trusting it with our child
FAST, GOOD ADVICE BY PHONE, GOOD PRICE, GOOD QUALITY, TOP TOP
Delivery conforms to the order. Package received very quickly. The net was replaced very easily.
