Perfect. Responsive, attentive, and parts always available to bring the trampoline back to life. Both kids and adults are delighted.

Very wide choice of spare parts
It's the right size but my trampoline is green (wowhh390) and I received a net with blue, so once installed, the colors are mismatched. Too bad
Perfect
Efficient site, offering choice and a quick and competent after-sales service. Top notch!
Very good products, very satisfied, just the delivery time was very long
Impeccable, conforms to the description
We found a large trampoline mat well suited. Fast delivery and good product. Thank you
THE ATTENTION HAS BEEN VERY GOOD, THE MATERIAL SEEMS TO BE OF GOOD QUALITY. MY OPINION IS THAT THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS COULD BE IMPROVED, BUT OVERALL I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE. I WILL BUY AGAIN IF I NEED MORE THINGS.
Reliability and professionalism
Good phone advice and therefore product in line with my needs.
No problem
Relevant information during the phone interview. Fast delivery
Excellent product. It takes a couple of hours to assemble with 2-3 people but the instructions are easy to follow. Fast shipping and very kind customer service.
Perfect, great product!!!
Very attractive and entertaining dome for children, but you need several people to assemble it.
Very serious company, its priority being the safety of users. Very responsive and friendly
Fast delivery and simple assembly.
Top service
Fast and efficient shipping. Net in perfect condition upon delivery. Bravo
Order quickly acknowledged and fast delivery. Perfect product
The trampoline meets the description. However, a bit disappointed with the quality of the net and hooks. It does not prevent the children from slipping underneath and at the first fall one of the hooks holding it broke. I have serious doubts about the long term.
Complete delivery. However, the originally promised fast delivery date (with corresponding additional costs compared to a normal delivery) could not be maintained due to delivery by freight forwarding. The geodome itself is a great stable piece of equipment for the kids.
Order shipped very quickly (in less than 12 hours!). Product perfectly matches the description. Top notch!

Fast delivery, no problems and delivered in the room of my choice.
All good. Clear instructions, not complicated to assemble (alone)
Good, but packaging still not great.
Replacement under warranty for the jumping mat. Perfect
Order (large squirrel cage) shipped and received quickly. Nice surprise upon unpacking, the colors are beautiful (I hope they will remain so over time). The assembly manual is relatively clear. We assembled the bottom part by tightening minimally but it was too much... a bit tricky to move on to the second. The paint chips very quickly and for not much, and one of the bars bent with disconcerting ease... once we loosened it to the max, we were able to assemble the rest without too much trouble. Fortunately, the 2 enameled tubes are hardly visible and the one that was bent could be straightened. Once assembled and all screws tightened, the structure is relatively solid and can be easily moved by one adult. We were 2 for the assembly and it was necessary. We are happy and the children too. We'll see about the durability over time but for now it's great.
Very good
Not recommended, I ordered a slackline brake, the kids had fun for 3 days and then it broke. Sent a photo to possibly get a replacement, nothing happened, on the contrary, they doubt that it was installed correctly, etc. The picture shows the installation exactly. Installed according to the instructions ... no replacement received, would not buy here again
We are sorry that you were not satisfied with a cable car brake. We will ask customer service to contact you again to review your request for a replacement of the item.
happy with the service
Not bad
Good quality product, impeccable ordering process, however, relatively long delivery time.
Very good quality products, just disappointed with the delivery, delivered to a relay point instead of my initially planned home. No call from the delivery person, and present during the day..
Small issue with the hooks that hold the net, the after-sales service quickly and free of charge sent me another reference. Top-notch
Perfect, fast and careful. Top quality material.
Very satisfied
Order received. Very satisfactory and package of very good quality.
Products conforming, instructions sufficiently precise for installation, fast shipping.
Nothing to complain about everything is perfect and the children are happy
Perfect
Quite long to receive and average product quality (the second one in just 1 year)
Dear Sir/Madam, We have taken your remark regarding the delivery being perceived as too long into account. Your order of 350kg was placed by you on the public holiday Thursday, May 8, it was handed over to the carrier on Monday, May 12, and delivered on May 16 according to the tracking information. We remain within our announced deadlines on our website for products in stock. Regarding the quality of the products, we would like to remind you that the purchased products are leisure products intended for family use and not for establishments open to the public. It is common to need to renew your equipment with spare parts frequently in this kind of situation. The materials used are not the same for community use or at home. Best regards, The France Trampoline team.
Very serious merchant and quality follow-up! Thank you for your seriousness
Very good product quality and very fast delivery
I bought a replacement jumping mat for our trampoline. Our trampoline was not from the same manufacturer, but we were given great advice and got a suitable one. I had previously contacted countless other manufacturers without success. Very big cinema! 👏🏻
Everything was perfect whether it was the purchase or the delivery to Belgium!
