Fast delivery and in good condition.
Great service following an order where the net was damaged, replacement of it by customer service.
Parts always available to repair my 5-year-old trampoline. Fast delivery.
We are very satisfied with the trampoline for its design, color, and quality. A strong point is also the safety it represents for our children.
Speed in executing the order and in delivery. The tubes serving as protection for the vertical metal posts seem to be of better quality than those that were initially foam. We'll see if their durability is confirmed.
Speed and seriousness. The order was correct.
A quality as always perfect, which gives the impression it will last over time (we have a trampoline from the brand for over 8 years, and apart from very classic wear because left outside, it is in great condition!) the children were thrilled to discover the domes, the hammock, and the dome tent, honestly a great value for money.
Item conforms to the order and of good quality, fast delivery.
We had very nice contact with the customer portal, the cable car works great. Absolutely uncomplicated setup, the kids are happy.
Quality product and fast shipping. Thank you.
Delighted with our purchase, the children love it (boys aged 4 and 7) and already spend a lot of time on it. Solid structure whose assembly (quite quick) requires two adults.
Delivery on time and without problems.
After years, I ordered again from the shop. The response to my spare parts was quick and competent. Delivery was flawless. Top service
The global relay service with its automatic reminder after 8 days made me lose time and *** in reshipment. So not great.
Good quality, easy assembly if you take the time to read the manual carefully. Easily movable once assembled. My son loved receiving this gift for his birthday, we will surely take a nap under the tent this summer!
Good
Quality material provided as described. The assembly is well described in the manual and the video is well made and quite detailed. The assembly went smoothly. I regret that it is not possible to mount the passage with the closure on the small side. I had forgotten when we chose the location that the branches of the tree would hinder entry into the trampoline. Suggestion: 1- have the possibility to place the passage between the large and small sides 2- Indicate the necessary height for the passage.
For now, excellent product I recommend.
Top. Super fast and quality. As always. I recommend ***
perfect welcome very well explained. Quality customer service despite a mishap during unpacking, they will tell you when it is assembled
Fast delivery. Quality product.
Super attentive and very good advice and information Nothing to say, top
super trampoline just one negative point nothing planned to fix it to the ground in case of wind
The material is quality as usual. Fast delivery. However, the slide had a part pre-assembled, which was pre-assembled upside down. We had to turn it around.
Ordered trampoline spare parts. Delivery to Switzerland unfortunately not possible. (= 4 stars) Therefore sent to a border station in Austria. Fast delivery. VAT refund worked smoothly, with customs receipt as pdf. Communication was good. Attention: Emails may end up in the spam folder.
Products delivered without issue. Well-finished and sturdy material. I think I will order again......
Very good product and the price is very reasonable.
Difficulty getting into the trampoline when the net is in place (opening too small)

Very good, robust, remember to look on YouTube to tighten the cable, impossible otherwise. With all the information, easy to assemble
3 tubes out of 8 with scratches
Quality material. Assembly a bit difficult (or poorly explained?) on certain points: safety net in particular
Everything went well, quick delivery
Good quality, good delivery times. Prices of some items too high
Trampoline received quickly and well packaged!! Of very high quality compared to other trampolines we have seen at friends' houses! We are delighted and so are our children!!
Perfect. Quality product (climbing dome) and sturdy, fast and tracked shipping. However, assembly remains difficult even with the manual. I had to consult videos on YouTube. However, the YouTube videos also need improvement. I would have liked to see more details for assembling especially the 1st and 2nd floors of the dome.
Purchase of a jump'up 300 trampoline, Perfect, quality, well-explained assembly and without much difficulty. Secured trampoline.
I am very satisfied with my purchase, efficient order, fast delivery, nothing to say!
Very happy with everything, the climbing cabin and the slide, and the trampoline for jumping. My grandchildren are very happy!
Top fast delivery! Customer service easily reachable in case of doubt, even the manual was sent to me by email without asking.
Excellent quality trampoline. Need to have two people for assembly.
Top material and assembly quite simple if at least two people are involved!
Excellent navigation on the site, very satisfied with the product, appreciated by grandchildren aged 6 to 15! Fast and careful delivery
No problem except that for a 50-meter zip line you need to order the cable elsewhere.
Fast shipping, quick and quality delivery, assembled product and of quality, the kids are having a blast! Nothing to complain about.
Super trampoline quality, my children love it, everything is perfect. I recommend
Very good quality item.
Very good quality. Not disappointed to have ordered from you. Thank you.
Quality trampoline, easy to assemble. Nice finish, to see over time and use but for now great satisfaction with this purchase.
