Perfect
Inadequate after-sales assistance
Top notch. Delivered in my garage at the requested location, friendly delivery person.
Very satisfied with my order and the quality of the products, congratulations to your team.
Everything was perfect
Very satisfied with the service and the quality of the item.
Excellent trampoline and of very high manufacturing quality. Absolutely everything has been studied and detailed. Galvanized steel (does not rust), no welding, integrated tensioner for the top of the net, additional fiberglass extension if more tension is needed. Even in the box, everything is packaged thoughtfully. Each element is attached according to the model and assembly step. Lock nuts. Even the caps that cover the protruding screws underneath the trampoline are threaded... incredible. This is clearly a trampoline that will last over time while remaining outdoors. The quality is impressive and I am someone who is relatively critical of product design. Here, even the screws have no defects. Bravo 👏 I wanted to support a French company by paying the price, and I absolutely do not regret my choice. Bravo to you.
Fast and in accordance with the indicated deadline
To close the circle that holds the safety net, position yourself inside this circle to pull on the two parts to fit together. This is much easier than pushing from the outside.
Hello, the technician was very helpful in finding the exact reference of the trampoline purchased second-hand. Thank you very much for the professionalism! Best regards, ***
Perfect, very efficient in all stages from order to delivery. Good quality material
Very good
Great product! I have been using it for about a month and I am very satisfied with the purchase. The quality of the materials is fantastic with an excellent quality/price ratio. What impressed me most about this company is that it allows you to have any spare part by requesting it conveniently from the site which is also very well made, very clear. This is a feature that I honestly have not seen in other companies that sell you the product, but then do not clearly specify the assistance and the possibility of spare parts. Moreover, the customer service is very available: I contacted them for clarifications and they replied immediately.
Easy order on the site. Good communication throughout the order process until delivery. Package arrives in a box without damage.
Very good service
Order of spare parts for a trampoline by phone. Friendly and competent contact person. Fast and complete delivery. Perfect service, as usual. I recommend.
Top quality material, fast delivery
Hello, we had an issue with the springs a few weeks after our purchase. At the beginning of 2024, the boys tore the safety net while using the trampoline. We waited to change it but I admit we are a bit disappointed. When installing the net according to the recommendations, the fiber ring broke at one point. We reinforced it with repair tape... Our children are far from intensive use and yet we encountered a failure three times. Hoping this net will hold up this time.
Easy order and fast delivery but especially a good customer service fortunately because the ordered material did not fit my trampoline!
Perfect! Just like after every purchase.
Fast shipping, impeccable quality!
VERY GOOD
Package well prepared and received on time. Products quite simple to assemble thanks to the provided instructions. Plan to have some lubricant for the foot fittings. Finally, the trampoline seems sturdy and of quite good quality.
I bought a trampoline and a ninja course. Everything arrived well packaged. The material is really of high quality compared to what I have known before. The choice on the site is clear and the explanations too.
Great customer service
Fast delivery Quality product
Solid, good materials, both the structure and the net. Not easy to assemble (at least two people, one of whom should be handy) but it's worth it, we are reassured to have the children safe.
Simple order and fast delivery. Assembly took longer than expected but super result.
Very simple order, perfect tracking, fast and compliant delivery.
Perfect, suitable spare parts, express delivery
The tent serves its purpose. It protects against sun and light wind. Attaching it was not difficult.
Very friendly phone reception and help (my password not working) to finalize my purchase (payment by phone)
Some sides are a bit loose.
Thank you very much very good communication and fast delivery! Our son loves his new game 👍
Correct delivery, missing some details regarding assembly but done alone by a non-handy person
Wonderful! I recommend
availability of spare parts excellent reception from the person who answered me on the phone: very good advice, it's more important for me and reassuring the delivery is awaited my son who must do the repair if there is a problem I will let you know
Very good quality trampoline. My son and his friends spend a lot of time on it even when it's very cold, I do not regret my purchase! However, not very easy to assemble. You need 2 or 3 people and to spend a few hours. It's worth it…
Good
Fast and efficient delivery. Products seem to match the description. See for usage.
Service attentive to its customers. The net was forgotten and the customer service quickly sent it back to us.
When I bought the trampoline, the poles were connected with a rubber band, which I found sensible. The new poles are separate and not connected. As a result, they slide apart and can bend again! Furthermore, the upper edge will not remain stable. The quality has declined for me. I am sure that the separate poles will not last long either!!!
Hello, we have noted your comment and regret that you did not read the product data sheet for the fiberglass arches purchased as spare parts. We do specify that these arches are not to be connected with a rubber band during replacement. This is mentioned in bold and underlined in the product description for your information. Rest assured that this system (which has been in place for several years) allows all our customers to keep their net normal and child-safe. The Trampoline Technik Team
Quick and appropriate response.
My inquiry at the time of purchase was responded to quickly and competently. The delivery and appointment scheduling worked excellently, and we received it before Christmas. We are thrilled with the quality of the trampoline and are very happy with it.
