Package received quickly and well packaged. Good product
Delivery corresponding to the ordered part, and within very short deadlines
Good
Delivery was really prompt!
The site is good, you can find all the accessories. Delivery is very fast. Very satisfied
Very good product. However, the assembly instructions need to be revised as they lack clarity.
Unfortunately not satisfied because we called your service to be sure of the part to order but after receiving it, it does not match our model. We are professionals with 2 trampolines that we plan to change soon, but we will see with which supplier?
The reference you ordered corresponds to the model purchased. Therefore, we do not understand the origin of the problem encountered. We remain at your disposal to identify the problem.
Perfect

Perfect
Very responsive and efficient team. Quality material.
Product as described
The items are of impeccable quality. However, I ordered 2 items and had to pay shipping fees twice. I wanted to choose free shipping but I never managed to validate my order. So I selected Chronopost, a paid service. Moreover, the jumping mat was packed in a simple open plastic bag... That makes the delivery expensive... The springs were delivered a few days later in a well-sealed box. One delivery would have been more economical and more ecological...
Very good trampoline. Very sturdy and a very balanced result. Too bad the instructions lack zoom on the parts to take and the hooks to make.
All perfect
Very well received and advised by phone. Order completely as described and fast delivery. Perfect product
Great, fast delivery

I recommend, we are not at our first trampoline and finally, we are fully satisfied, the products are of quality, there are spare parts, customer service is available and responsive, the order is sent quickly and without problems, in short 5 stars without a doubt
