Easy order, suitable product and reasonable price
Very good quality product and fast delivery. I highly recommend the product.
Perfect
As expected, fast delivery. Everything is ok
A trampoline site that sells spare parts, super convenient! Parts received quickly! Thank you.
I chose the cheapest delivery option and was delivered 24 hours later. Top!
Excellent, a small assembly error and I was quickly and precisely informed that it did not affect the stability of the trampoline. One non-compliant spring but returned quickly after indication (the requested model was out of stock, which may explain this) For assembly, I still recommend using a 10mm socket wrench instead of the provided key to secure the posts, it's more practical and efficient. The delivery that requires blocking a whole day is a bit restrictive. 5 stars anyway for the trampoline that delights the children!
The trampoline is of excellent quality, easy to assemble. My children are delighted! A big thank you
excellent product, speed of sending the product, the product very well packaged, speed of sending and receiving nothing more to say perfect
Excellent product. A real treat.... I recommend.
It's nice to find spare parts, even when the original purchase is several years old.
Very good product, delivered quickly
Promotional item, satisfied with the speed. A bit difficult to find the appropriate delivery choice in the checkout for the low value of the item
Very good presentation

Satisfied
Friendly staff and good advice over the phone. Clear technical sheet of the products. Very good quality product. Too bad the desired product was only available in two months.
Very satisfied
Fast and great choice.
Great
Good but a lot of delay due to holidays.
Only small downside: I wanted to replace my trampoline mat in August. The product was unavailable and was supposed to be available in September. When I logged back in to order it in September, the unavailability date was extended by 6 months (March). Fortunately, your services were able to advise me on a product that could be compatible. Since then, the kids are bouncing again; Thank you for them.
Great and efficient. Only problem was changing the relay point for the package.
In accordance with the description.
I ordered a replacement net. France trampoline had the purchase history of the trampoline and therefore found the reference of the item very quickly. The person on the phone was very professional and also very friendly.

Delivery company is really bad. The trampoline is good.

Good product easy to install. A harness for small children should be offered
Very good product, happy with the result. However, the assembly was not as simple as described in the video...
Hello, thank you for your comment! Our trampolines are designed so that their assembly can be completed in 1.5 hours by two adults, in a few steps described in the attached user manual. It is true that a single person can manage to assemble our products, but some steps will be more delicate and the total time may then exceed two hours. In any case, our team is here to assist you with any questions or advice regarding assembly: do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you! Best regards, The France Trampoline team
A bit expensive
The jumping mat perfectly meets my needs.
The product seems to be of good quality and meets my expectations. The delivery was only made a week after the date the trampoline was picked up by the delivery person because he was difficult to reach by phone to set the appointment. Moreover, his email went to spam because the name may seem strange. There were promotions of ***% on newspaper websites on the internet, but they brought us back to your site without any discount!
Very good product
Order delivered very quickly, quality trampoline easy to assemble
Order corresponds to expectations and fast delivery time
Good quality product, conforms to the description and seems solid for lasting over time
Very good service as usual
