Fast delivery. Damaged box but the contents do not seem to be deteriorated, we will see during assembly in good weather...
Everything went well
I have not yet installed the trampoline, probably at the end of the month, so I cannot yet evaluate the product. However, the delivery and the timeframe were very good
Hello, thank you for your comment. We hope your trampoline will meet your expectations! We remain at your disposal for any questions or comments. Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Serious company respecting delivery deadlines. Quality products. Nothing to report. Request to have a more extensive range in 'ninja' courses
Boxes received correctly. But very disappointed with the delivery logistics from your services. I had specified Tuesday as my day off and had to have it delivered to my workplace and transport everything to my home.
Hello, and first of all thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. We are sorry that the delivery of your order did not meet your expectations. The holiday season can indeed sometimes cause delays in deliveries that are unfortunately beyond our control and do not reflect the quality of service we strive to provide otherwise. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and remain at your disposal for any comments or suggestions. Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Top notch 👌
Perfect!
Perfect
Quality trampoline
Complies with the proposed product. No particular difficulty in assembling it, but having two people makes things easier. As for the delivery: impressive, ordered on a Saturday night and delivered on Tuesday morning! Ultra fast compared to other shippers! My daughter is thrilled with the trampoline and has fun on it every day!!
Everything was perfect except for the delivery, the carrier left the pallet on the road in front of my house, he could have at least put it on the sidewalk.
Quality material shipped on time
very satisfied
Nothing to report. Attention, sometimes the assembly instructions are not explicit enough
