Product conforms to what is displayed. The sturdiness is there. Fast delivery.
No problem with delivery times and the condition of the material.
Very well, easy to place an order, fast shipping, carefully packaged, quality material. Our trampoline is over 10 years old and I still find spare parts.
Very good products and very nice phone contact
Nothing to report
Very good product
Very fast shipping, super competent team, bravo don't change anything
Very good welcome from France Trampoline, but difficulty in delivering the product by the transport company: the details provided to find the location (which does not appear on GPS) were not observed and I had to intervene three times for the package to be delivered to me. It is necessary to specify to the drivers that one can use the trampoline far from GPS....
Super seller. We ordered a cover to redo our old trampoline. Before sending it to us, they checked that we had not made a mistake in our measurements.
At the end of the order, I had the possibility to make a referral for friends, giving them ***% discounts. However, it was impossible to fill in the email addresses of the people to refer. So, no referral possible. I am disappointed because I have friends who would have liked to order...
Hello, First of all, thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. We are surprised by the difficulties you may have encountered regarding our referral offer, as it has been in place for several years and we had not received any feedback regarding a malfunction until now. Could you tell us more about the problem encountered? In addition, please feel free to send us by email at contact@france-trampoline.com the email addresses of the friends you wish to refer, we can activate the offer manually on our side. Remaining at your disposal, Best regards, The France Trampoline team
Super easy to assemble products
Fast and complete shipping
I am satisfied with my order. I have not yet been able to set up the trampoline and I hope that no part will be missing because the package arrived damaged (reported to your services). I had the opportunity to call you and the person I spoke with was very kind and responsive. The only downside will be on the delivery. The company sent a text message indicating a delivery date, then another saying that the delivery could not be finalized and asking to schedule another one via a number. Unfortunately, when I wanted to make the request, the number was unknown!! And in the end, I found the package (ballast bags) in my mailbox... packaging well damaged but fortunately the bags are intact.
Pleasant and professional welcome and advice.
Kudos to France trampoline, I made a mistake in the order. I opened the package and tried to set up the net several weeks after receipt. It was not suitable. After a phone call, they indicated the reference compatible with the trampoline (which was purchased 7-8 years ago already!). I returned the net and the new one was delivered to me very quickly. The only small criticism is that the bottom hooks are a bit simplistic and come undone when the kids jump a bit hard. The old one had hooks that held better.
No problem
The supply of spare parts is perfect, the dialogue after the order to verify if it is the right part is very useful and allows me to recommend your company.
Perfect, from ordering to delivery not forgetting the very attentive and responsive customer service.
Excellent
Excellent company, absolutely dedicated to its customers regardless of the request. Customer since 2014.
Beautiful quality, feels solid! The net is thick and more durable than other trampolines. The top arches that keep it well stretched are very appreciated. The ladder is of good quality as well. My daughters love it. I do not regret my purchase.
I dream that all shops are like yours: - Very clear and up-to-date site. - Hyper responsive and perfectly targeted advice from people who know what they are talking about without hesitation. - Correction of my order based on my existing material (old model France Trampoline). - In short, a remarkable and extremely appreciated customized service, especially don't change anything!
Order placed for replacement of the jumping mat. A salesperson called me to ensure that I had not made a mistake. He found the order for the trampoline placed by my mom about ten years ago. Very professional.
we are very satisfied with the product. your assembly video is useful. the only negative point was the delivery time, wrong package sent.
Everything was fine, except that the metal tubes of the fiberglass rods are too weak and that the stitching of some tubes is broken.
Material of very good quality.
After a phone contact with a very nice person, I easily found the products online.
Fast and excellent communication and advice.
Fast, efficient, product conforms to the description, robust and easy to set up
good phone advice, good product, not too difficult to install with a very good result. Spare parts a bit expensive though (like everywhere)
Very efficient order tracking, found an order placed 10 years ago to allow me to repurchase parts.
Ordering on the site is very simple and well described. The quality of the product is excellent, assembly is simple if you are a bit handy. Weak point, the delivery service, really bad. The schedule, or can we say the time slot was not respected. Too bad.
The trampoline is very well designed in terms of net placement (poles on the outside). However, the assembly instructions need to be revised, I had to guess how to assemble certain elements myself.
The delivery person left the package (80kg) at the foot of the truck and Ciao! figure it out! Other than that everything was perfect ;)
Trampoline received quickly, conforms to the description, we are delighted with this purchase.
Very good quality (+3 years since purchase) solid materials The trampoline is brought in every winter 2 people needed for assembly 2-3 hours The + Spare parts sold as needed alerts in case of strong winds by email Professional delivery service The children are growing but the trampoline is big enough and can be used the same way as 3 years ago without the risk of bumping into each other
Our daughters are super happy with our zip line, it's not given to everyone to have a zip line in their garden.
very fast delivery with all the elements corresponding to my needs
order/delivery time very short; trampoline conforms to the description and photos. Very nice quality product
All good
the delivery person did not notify of his passage and left the package in my garden without my permission and without warning me!!!
11 years after the purchase we can still get all the spare parts for my trampoline. That's great!
very good service
Very helpful customer service on the phone, practical website, delivery without problems, good material. Thank you
Order following a phone call for information. Satisfied with the information provided by the technician and the possibility of ordering online. Trampoline assembled later in several parts, one of which was done only by teenagers. Instruction manual very clear, well detailed and easy to assemble (compared to our last purchase from you, 5 years ago, of a round trampoline).
Very good site
Very good team
Product sent quickly.
Delivery, packaging, and timing: very good. Assembly a bit complicated for the trampoline (especially the metal structure with the junction T's). Excellent quality of materials and very good bounce.
Fast and careful delivery.
