good
Fast delivery, package okay. Perfect
Very good service. We were delivered quickly despite the current issues. The product is really in line with what we expected. I will recommend this site without worry.
Super
No issues with the service.
Very friendly and good advice
Delivery a bit longer than expected due to COVID 19 but France-Trampoline always kept me informed about my order. Well done!
good trampoline
No problem. Thank you very much!
Trampoline ordered on the France Trampoline website and delivered in less than a week, even at the beginning of the lockdown period. The material and services are of high quality, well done and thank you.
Happy with the product and fast delivery
Very good service
Between placing the order and delivery, the time frame was very short despite the current period, fast and efficient delivery... Very good material, solid trampoline of excellent quality... I highly recommend
Delivery as requested. Quality products. Deadline met, despite the lockdown.
Intuitive site, ideal product selection, top-notch and proactive customer service. The delivered product is excellent, very well packaged and easy to assemble. The quality is there, so a happy customer.
Ideal size, the bounce allows for fun without getting tired. Easy and quick assembly of the trampoline (1 or 2 hours for 2 people). Assembly of the net takes much longer and is more difficult (3-4 hours), the pole fixings are quite complicated to insert, I had to use pliers to pass the threading through the hole on most (poorly adjusted).
Good product, no issues with the ordering process. However, the assembly instructions are very improvable
Everything went well
Very good product, very satisfied, the children are delighted
Very fast despite the circumstances. Happy with the product, the only reservation is that the zipper of the net closes difficultly and reopens by itself... we are vigilant and never far away but the children cannot close it by themselves. The net is very tight at the bottom of the zipper, I fear it may break quickly... But overall we are delighted!
Service assured, even in these difficult times of lockdown due to Covid-19. Well done.
The net is too small, it does not close completely. However, it is indeed the correct reference.
Hello, and first of all thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. We apologize for the issue encountered. Could you please install the net as follows and let us know if the problem persists? - Detach the net from the bottom of the trampoline - Close the zipper all the way and attach the plastic clips. - At the zipper, hook the elastic ties by crossing them. Leave the hooks attached and the zipper closed. - Then install the rest of the plastic hooks under the trampoline. We look forward to your feedback and remain at your disposal for any further information. The France Trampoline team
We changed the trampoline mat, the measurements were precise for changing which is perfect. The mat fits perfectly on our trampoline of another brand.
Fast delivery even with covid19
Very satisfied
I ordered a jumping mat, and very good advice to make sure not to make a mistake regarding the size. Everything is well indicated! I recommend
very very easy to assemble and of very good quality; too bad that for the price the cover is not offered!
Very satisfied
Fast delivery!
Super trampoline! My 4-year-old daughter loves it. It's very solid, nothing to say. Top delivery despite the confinement. Thank you all
Quality trampoline, serious site
Fast and careful shipping. Quality trampoline. 100% satisfied.
Quality customer service. My order had been accidentally put on hold and following my call I received the trampoline two days later. Irreproachable quality.
Quality product, easy assembly and fast delivery despite current conditions.
Very good, especially during confinement!!!
Quality product, very solid compared to other brands, and shipped quickly. Customer service is very helpful.
Very high quality trampoline (including the ladder which does not hurt the feet with its flat steps), fast delivery, easy and quick assembly, top-notch finish and use!
Very good
Fast and efficient
Nothing to report. Person contacted by phone prior to the order was very attentive and friendly. Order received quickly. Order tracking emails. Phone call from the carrier to schedule delivery. Phone call from the driver before arrival. Everything was done and thought out according to the rules for the well-being of the customer. Thank you
Super trampoline and received very quickly.
Super trampoline, ideal for teenagers! However, we encountered difficulties inserting the fiberglass arcs. They were much larger than the size of the net.. We had to remove one arc to close the circle (and still with a lot of difficulty).
Product conforms to the order, excellent telephone reception and fast delivery despite the confinement period;
A big thank you for the speed of handling the warranty. That's why I prefer to buy French products. Thank you again for everything.
Delivery within the announced dates, with top-notch tracking. Well-packaged material. Quality and solid material. Really top-notch. Quite easy to assemble, even though assembled by one person. Very clear assembly instructions. Great customer service.
Order arrived beyond the announced deadline but well in confinement I will not complain. A bit expensive and if it had been of better quality at purchase I would not have needed to order spare parts ...
Perfect
Good advice. Order sent quickly
Very good product
Good quality. Assembly a bit hard but the quality of the materials is there
