Very responsive, very competent, customer service immediately answered my questions. The order arrived quickly despite the confinement. One package was missing and it was resolved without delay.
We were satisfied with the information before placing the order and the delivery was made on time considering the confinement period
Some products are misclassified on the site.
Fast delivery even in times of crisis.
Product compliant, very good follow-up. Fast shipping.
Order arrived quickly and product correct according to my expectations.
High quality service: the people at the call center are very professional, attentive and very welcoming. The provided material was compliant. A slight delay in delivery and transport costs consequently refunded, appreciated commercial gesture. In short, nothing to complain about, perfect!
Quality service and callback to check in, perfect delivery and very nice quality trampoline.
Receipt of the trampoline net as per the order
Great, it rocks!
Good advice, friendly. Products matching my expectations.
Nothing to say! Telephone reception and advice at the 'TOP'. Delivery on time, 'negotiated' price quickly... maybe too much?? Very professional carrier (or chain of carriers) until delivery in the garden!! BRAVO No damaged packages Complete packages Assembly instructions complete except for the use of the jumping mat protection I suppose.
Quality product and in accordance with the order. Very short delivery times despite the confinement. I am very satisfied with the service.
Perfect advice and timely delivery despite covid
A professional team that contacted me before sending my order to confirm that there was no error on the size of the model ordered. This avoided a return and wasted time.
Very good
Replacement of the fabric for 48 springs of our trampoline after 8 years outside without protection. Very good quality material. Fast delivery despite the confinement.
Very professional
THE RIGHT NET!
Perfect
+ : Modern and stylish weight bags. Well suited for a trampoline. Hermetic. Small issue encountered with the handle that tore -> The very professional and responsive customer service graciously sent me a replacement - : Opening a bit small for filling with sand.
Of very very good quality........ I am super satisfied and my grandson even more 😁😁😁
High quality item and material!!! Indiana zip line Fast delivery (despite the context) I recommend without reservation
Good material, good delivery. An explanation for fixing the cushions would be great.
Order as per and delivered quickly in these times of confinement
this is the 2nd zip line I am installing. More expensive but of better quality and sturdier. The only complaint I can make (as with the first one) is that the cable and support are not made of stainless steel!
The instructions need to be revised.. 4 parts did not have the correct number... and the pliers (included) are not suitable for the requested assembly... otherwise the football cage is very good and my children are delighted!
Hello, Very good quality of the tarp. Delivery time very good given the current context. Thank you to the whole team.
Products as described and performing delivered on time
Compliant with the order made and fast and careful delivery
Very good quality trampoline, attentive and responsive team

Perfect. Quality product.

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. After checking, it turns out that indeed your package encountered a setback during delivery, which caused several days of delay. We confirm that it has indeed left our warehouses today and will be delivered to you very soon. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The France Trampoline team
I contacted France trampoline regarding a warranty operation for a trampoline part, so a standard exchange. My request was processed in a very reasonable time despite the current confinement situation. An email exchange, then a phone call, everything went super well, the cushion was delivered to my home in record time. A positive point in addition to the excellent quality of the trampoline we purchased last year, BRAVO!!
Impeccable product! No regrets Fast delivery
Spare part difficult to find on the site (as it is no longer the same). Equivalent reference indicated after message exchange. Received quickly given the circumstances. The replacement reference seems to me to be of better quality.
Quality service. Good phone reception.
The Ninja + zip line pack is excellent. Very good quality, and easy to assemble. For the zip line, the trees should not be too big (
Top-notch, an ideal gift for our son who loves it! Very satisfied, nothing to say!
simple and quick
Good
Very good service. Informed advice from a consultant over the phone. However, the initial delivery time was supposed to be 4 weeks and we received it after 2 weeks. The assembly is well explained but takes a bit of time.
Well-constructed site, easy to find the broken part and nice to have a brand that stands by its products over time
Very satisfied, product as described and fast delivery
