Order: perfect Delivery: average. They used a carrier with limited availability and solutions for the delivery truck. Very friendly delivery person and in the end everything went well. Product quality: Very satisfied, a small defect after a few months, but the customer service is very efficient.

Meets expectations in every way.
Almost 2 months to get springs seems a bit long to me (not helped by Chronopost, 11 days to deliver.....) I can understand regarding COVID-19 but I think you should also be more vigilant about managing your stock.
Hello, and first of all thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. Indeed, as you pointed out, the recent events related to COVID-19 have greatly impacted our restocking, order preparation, and delivery schedules, due to reduced staff and absences for childcare. However, the situation has now returned to normal and we ask you to accept our apologies for these indeed abnormally long delays. The France Trampoline team
Very long delivery times...
Order received very, very quickly, well packaged. The product is perfect and brings joy to the children.
A quick reception of the order despite the confinement measures. Perfect communication to explain the delay. In the end, the delivery was made before the scheduled date.
Consistent quality, for consumables, pay attention to the measurements that have evolved since the launch of the products (our trampoline must be about fifteen years old)
Everything is perfect, thank you again!
Perfect. Product conforms and fast delivery.
We are delighted with our purchase during the confinement period: fast delivery and good explanation for assembly. The oval model is ideal for our small garden! A big thank you to France Trampoline!
Always perfect.
Great site. They contact you by email to make sure of your order to send the right product, and that's great!!!
Simply perfect! Very professional.
Fast delivery. Product meets my needs.
An order placed before confinement with a very long delivery time, over 6 weeks... The delivery arrives and there is an error on the order.... Had to wait an extra week...
Hello, and first of all thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. Indeed, as you pointed out, the recent events related to Covid-19 have greatly impacted our restocking, order preparation, and delivery schedules due to reduced staff and absences for childcare. However, this does not justify the error that occurred on your order: even if the situation has now returned to normal, we ask you to accept our apologies for these indeed abnormally long delays but also particularly for the preparation error on your order.
