Pleasant contact by phone and well-followed delivery
Ultra-fast delivery and product as described. The kids love it.
The site, the quality of manufacturing inspired me during my research. Only the delays were long, we opted for the oval model 430 after advice from the technical service and it's perfect. Assembly is quite easy. A small defect on a cushion was taken under warranty immediately. So far it's perfect, I recommend it to those around me.
Items found easily, description and advice on the site clear. Only downside, the delivery, no information from the carrier on the expected date, and products left with the neighbor without any possible control
Very good product
Elements of tree climbing conform to the order. Used by an 8-year-old child for 1 month without any issues. Order delivered within the scheduled time frame. I recommend this site.
Hello, Package received incomplete, too bad. So we had to wait for a second shipment to enjoy our purchase. Otherwise, the product meets our expectations.
Serious and competent seller who ensured the dimensions of the ordered mat.
Very good product.
Very well informed by email. Because you warned me that this was not the right net for the trampoline, which is not the case everywhere.
Product as described
The net sent to replace the first one is great, no trouble putting it on and it is identical to our old net. We can close the zipper unlike the first one.
I recommend
Very good.
Nothing to say. Perfect.
Very satisfied. Fast and efficient
Perfect, thank you for your availability
Perfect
Very good but some difficulties on the site for products that are not trampolines!
Excellent
Delivery in accordance with the order. Quality materials. Moreover, despite the unprecedented health crisis, the order was delivered quickly.
Good
Trampoline delivered within the expected time frame. Very good quality material. Assembly more difficult. Manual not always clear, and online videos quite brief.
An accessible and easy site. An order dispatched on time. Nothing to complain about.
It was a great help to receive my order during the lockdown!
Product conforms to the description, very good quality, delivered on the given date. I recommend
Very satisfied with the service and the product (oval trampoline 430)
Very satisfactory.
France Trampoline is an extremely serious store. We are fully satisfied.
Very good site with professional product and service
very good quality product
Equal to the photo and the description, nothing to report
A product advertised as in stock that was delivered more than a month after the order!
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. We indeed faced many challenges in our restocking during the particular period related to Covid-19, however, the estimated shipping date is clearly mentioned on each product sheet, which takes into account restocking periods. We apologize for the delay in delivering your order and remain at your disposal for any questions. The France Trampoline team
excellent
normal service
The mat corresponds to our frame
Super trampoline and services
Super quality. Fabric much more bouncy than the old one from another brand
Delivery service without issues
Nothing to report. Product conforms.
A magnificent trampoline that makes my children happy
My children are very happy, they are always in it, they have fun, it's a good brand and you should recommend it everywhere in France.
Difficult to respond as our order was delayed due to lockdown conditions but I have no doubt about the follow-up under normal circumstances. For us, France Trampoline is quality. Too bad the prices are so high otherwise we would buy the zip line but as mentioned above, the quality is there.
Very serious
As usual, France Trampoline products are solid and well thought out. I already have a trampoline, a zip line, and now the ninja course. No issues and the kids are thrilled.
We had a problem with a trampoline due to bad weather and one of the parts was replaced quickly and with perfect customer service!
Quick and competent phone advice. Fast delivery respected despite Covid. Product conforms to the order and is of good quality.
Order processed seriously and respecting the deadlines of a birthday during full lockdown and the Covid 19 crisis. I don't know how you managed this feat but hats off. Serious, courteous, fast, and efficient carrier. Perfect. Very good quality material. Easy assembly... but too long for impatient children 😄! From A to Z perfect and thank you for your kindness during our phone exchanges.
Good product, respect for delivery time, quality-price ratio: ok
Too long. Lack of information on the duration. Lack of friendliness.
Hello, First of all, thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. We were able to verify the information related to your order and indeed, due to a late restocking related to logistical difficulties and circulation during the confinement period, the delivery could only take place in early May. We apologize for these abnormally long delays on one hand, but especially for the lack of communication regarding the situation you mentioned. We are doing everything possible to ensure that this situation does not happen again in the future. We remain at your disposal, the France Trampoline team.
