We are extremely happy with the trampoline which is sturdy and of good quality. The only downside is the assembly: I indeed had to re-drill several holes (T-junctions) to allow the assembly of the trampoline.
Very good telephone reception and order received quickly despite the confinement circumstances.

Delivery on time by a professional carrier. Note that this delivery took place during the lockdown, which was all the more appreciated by the carrier!

A very good after-sales service
Very satisfied
Hello, Delivery was perfect. Product quality: Disappointed, the net is much thinner than the one we bought in 2012, the design of the net has regressed, the old one was much more finished and much sturdier but the most alarming thing is the strap fixings which for some broke within the first 24 hours when jumping on the trampoline, they do not hold, the fixing of 20212 was far superior in efficiency and quality. VERY disappointed.. The opening is very narrow, it is really not easy to get out, it is very poorly designed. I am very surprised because in 2012 the net was impeccable, it lasted 8 years without being disassembled even once. I do not understand your new policy, what is the objective that the net does not hold and that we buy one quickly, I do not understand, I who have been advertising for you since 2012???? I will have to replace all the plastic hooks that attach to the springs, I recovered the old ones from the old net but it is not very professional on your part. If you want quality, you buy French but unfortunately that is no longer the case. If you have any questions, I remain available.
Hello, and first of all thank you for taking the time to leave us this detailed comment. Regarding the new zip opening, we had to adapt our products to the new safety standards in force which now prohibit
Very good responsiveness following a problem with the trampoline cover
Zip line meets expectations and is of good quality. It makes my daughters happy. The instructions are quite complete but there is one important detail missing in my opinion: what do we do with the return of the line once we go around the tree? Should we cut the remaining length? I opted for a loop to pass the line back through the clamps towards the arrival tree.
Fast delivery, product as described and easy to assemble and especially of good quality. Thank you
Very good quality, we are satisfied with our purchase and the quality of service.
