Speed and efficiency of delivery, product meets our expectations
Despite the lockdown and the closure of parcel collection points, my order arrived at home without additional charges!!
After a preliminary phone call for information, order placed and arrived quite quickly despite the confinement. Intelligent delivery method, and friendly delivery person.
Very good
Very pleasant person on the phone, small initial problem, but resolved. Very happy with the ordered product.
Your company kept me periodically informed about the manufacturing status, thank you. Very satisfied to have addressed you. Regarding delivery, one reservation however: the notice was for an entire day, I think giving a margin of 3 hours would be more correct.
Material of very good quality. Very fast reception even during confinement.
Perfect!
Perfect!
Very good
Very good product, efficient telephone service and delivery tracking.
Compliant in every way and fast delivery
Very good apparent quality, to be verified over time but it inspires confidence.
Hello, we ordered a net to replace ours which was a few years old and tore last year (after more than 10 years of service). We noticed that the quality is still there. Packaging and delivery impeccable. Thank you. Best regards
Delivery too long nonetheless: over a month...
Very good products, received quickly
Nothing to say. Very professional, quick, and efficient.
Everything was perfect.
Corresponds exactly to what I wanted. Perfect delivery service, thank you.
Nothing to say
Delivery on time and packaging in good condition. Perfect
Delivery on time. Friendly delivery person - helped me transport the order to the desired storage place. Good service. Regarding the product design: the attachment of the safety net posts to the trampoline legs is difficult, inserting the strap requires a lot of force. The instruction manual is not very clear either. However, once the assembly is complete, the whole thing is perfectly stable.
Delivery during confinement. My son was happy and almost kissed the delivery man!!! The fabric received is much thinner than the one I had before... I did not expect this quality.... we will see in use.... Thank you
Quality telephone reception during confinement, however the speech was not always the same! Poor communication between the shipping platform and the telephone platform! I really waited a long time for my trampoline despite ordering by phone just before confinement...
very good feedback, pleasant staff on the phone
Product arrived in a size L box instead of XL, but ultimately conforms to the order.
Order received well and meets my expectations. A bit expensive for plastic but still of better quality than the kan.....'! Delays a bit long due to confinement but overall satisfied.
Products conform and of quality
Perfect, nothing to say.
We struggled a bit to stretch it but once well installed it's great for both kids and adults
Very satisfied
Excellent product. Fast delivery and very well done. Well done
Product conforms to the description and delivery date respected
Nothing to report
Net, mat and foams conform to my expectations. Quality products. Quick and efficient contact with customer service. Delivery ok
Very good
Fast delivery, product conforms.
Very good quality, noticeable right from the assembly.
The product completely meets my expectations and the packaging was perfect. This is my 2nd order on your site. Thank you.
Fast delivery and high quality product
very good telephone reception
Nothing to report; good product, good customer service
Material of very good quality as it is always in all weather without protection and despite intensive use
Nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the trampoline. However, it is delivered without a ladder, it's a pity that this is not clearly specified at the time of purchase.
Very nice trampoline. Practical for small spaces. The quality of service is correct. The only downside is the assembly manual which confused us more than helped with the assembly. However, do not embark on this project if there are not at least three people to assemble it. My husband and I struggled. Four hours to assemble it cost us. In the end, the last leg was connected without the joint so that it could connect.
Perfect
Well packaged, received quickly
Perfect. Fast despite the confinement situation. Well done.
Good delivery and product well packaged. Meets our expectations. The delay was only slightly postponed despite the health crisis
Product conforms to my order and my trampoline, fast delivery
