Plan for several people to assemble it, but great trampoline...
Very good assembly advice and very good customer service... I recommend!
The delivered product is of good quality, assembly went smoothly, the only point to note is the delivery tracking, the delivery date was not announced, I had to call the carrier who was very friendly; the delivery person was very efficient.
The received items correspond well to the presentation of the site. I was able to place my order after receiving very good advice from you.
Perfect after-sales service. Very fast shipping
Package handed over in person on the given date.. Efficient and fast.. Nothing to report, everything was perfect!! I highly recommend..
Very good, good advice and very fast delivery. I recommend.
Delivery too complicated for availability and the delivery person canceled once.
good except transport
Perfect product; Delivery on time. Thank you.
very good service and very good quality
Very good
Thank you very much
The products are good, the contacts are very attentive, but the delivery is terrible: it took 3 shipments and 1 month to receive everything (first package too fragile that disintegrated in transport with the loss of 4 springs out of 10, second package in cardboard but with ... 3 springs out of 4 ..., third package for the last spring that had the wrong postal code!!) Conclusion: never use Colissimo. Best regards
Good product quality, respect for delivery deadlines.
quality supplier, compliant product
VERY GOOD
Perfect purchase, easy site that guides well to avoid size mistakes
impeccable service in all areas (by phone, by email, by follow-up and delivery... efficiency, kindness. 15 years ago, I bought a trampoline from you, then 2 times for a net. I will keep a wish to maintain very close ties for the future, thank you, keep it up ***
Very good quality item and easy to assemble. Fast delivery
Everything went very well. The delivery was made within the announced deadlines despite an error of information on the website.
I bought a trampoline in 2003 for my daughter who was 3 years old and now she is 19. Given that she still has her trampoline despite having gone through 16 winters ❄️ 16 summers ☀️ 16 springs 🌸 16 autumns 🍂 outside without ever having disassembled it. I wanted to renew the experience with France trampoline for my 2 little ones aged 6 and 4. I recommend everyone France trampoline, it is a very good investment and very good quality price, plus they are professionals. Thank you France trampoline
Very good customer service. Defective part sent free of charge the same day.
attentive and friendly staff, perfect product
Very good
Quality product
Good evening. Really, from start to finish, really very good. Very well explained, very good order tracking, perfect delivery and product quality as expected. Bravo and thank you. ***
very good quality and fast delivery
Quality product, easy assembly, good packaging. A downside for the delivery provider who leaves us little room for delivery and asking us to cancel a medical appointment made 6 months ago to deliver to us!!!!!!
perfect product and delivered quickly
After a size error of the jumping mat in my online order, the exchange was made quickly by phone. Nothing to complain about the after-sales service and good quality product with fast delivery.
Well-presented site, I quickly found the trampoline I needed as well as the necessary accessories. Quick order shipment. Good quality trampoline, I recommend.
Good
Fast delivery. Problem with a part during construction. I sent a complaint email in the morning, by evening the part was sent and received the next day. So good after-sales service. The trampoline seems to be of good quality.
Fast delivery and well packaged. Complete and quality product. Nothing to say.
Contrary to what was planned during the order, the provider did not contact me by phone.
Very good trampoline, I am not disappointed with the quality. Moreover, it is a French product....
I have been ordering from this supplier for several years, and I have always found the product that met my request following the advice given by the person in charge of customer service. Professionalism, kindness, friendliness. Thank you.
Efficiency, speed, friendliness. Second trampoline purchased, the first lasted 6 years, the mat was changed once (spring seams were coming loose), intensive use all year round outside by the sea, secured by strong winds. Let's hope the second larger one lasts longer. Ease of obtaining spare parts. Fast delivery.
Excellent
Everything went well, from the order to the reception (received earlier than expected on a pre-order :) ). To recommend to everyone.
Very satisfied with my order
Very good site. Fast delivery.
Very good service.
Perfect
Serious for telephone inquiries. Product well packaged and perfect reception. I highly recommend France trampoline.
