Products meet our expectations. The hooks could be made of a stronger material
Always very satisfied with France Trampoline: quality material; availability of spare parts (yes, when it's used by dynamic teenagers... maintenance must be considered!!!)

placed an order received the products a month later. a bit long anyway for a company like this
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. Indeed, and after verification, at the time of your order the products were being restocked, as indicated on the product sheet. As soon as they were back in stock, they were shipped to you on the agreed date, a month later. We apologize for these slightly long restocking delays, but they were indeed announced before the order confirmation. We remain at your disposal for any further questions or comments. The France Trampoline team
Fast delivery, product matching the order. Thank you
The waiting time for the out-of-stock product was a bit long. The delivery person came without informing us and we were absent. We had to wait again.

Phone advice: perfect Delivery: Perfect Material: Perfect Assembly instructions: Terrible, terrible, absolutely terrible: Needs to be redone, not clear at all, worse than ***! :)
good quality product, conforms to the description
careful packaging, quick assembly, all good
Very good product but the delivery was terrible. Announced between 2 and 5 working days, the trampoline arrived after 9 working days and I had to send several emails and then call 2 different carriers.... terrible! This is not worthy of a product sold at such a price
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. We are sorry that the delivery did not meet your satisfaction, and indeed the 9-day delay you experienced does not reflect the quality of service we offer. Your case has been closely monitored by our sales team. We sincerely apologize again for the inconveniences encountered and remain at your disposal for any further requests or comments. The France Trampoline team
Fast delivery, product perfectly packaged and matching the description. I recommend
Quality material. A bit difficult to assemble. The order, transport, and receipt of the product were very satisfactory.
Very good
The quality is top-notch. The trampoline is very much liked by our twins. Very satisfied with our purchase.
Nothing to report. The deadlines are correct, the material is also good. Very well.
Easy and quick order and delivery. Difficult assembly for the bottom of the trampoline, the metal legs were very hard to fit together... No problem for the rest. Good quality.
Quality product. Very fast delivery. Compliant
