The quality is top!!! Very good product compliant with the description on the site. Detailed instructions and easy assembly even for one person. Delivery on time despite the absence of an appointment before delivery as indicated on the site.
Top-notch.
Fast delivery, item corresponding to the description, of good quality. I recommend this site.
Good delivery, torn box, he invited me to take a photo so that if damaged inside I could prove it wasn't me, but everything was fine.
I called and the person who informed me gave me all the information I needed and advised me on purchases.
Good contact with your services; package compliant delivery on time; the product meets my expectations.
Compliant and very fast.
Good quality product.
Good.
Fast and quality product.
Perfect.
Delivery on time with an appointment and a call from the driver half an hour before arrival as agreed. Compliant trampoline and of very good quality.
Trampoline received on time. Easy to assemble and sturdy.
Replacement net, received quite quickly. However, it is much softer than the one originally provided with the trampoline. It is therefore much less taut and seems to secure the use of the mat less.
Hello, thank you for your comment. For logistical reasons regarding the evolution of our product versions, it can indeed sometimes happen that the material of our spare parts is slightly different from that of the original product. However, providing the best quality to our customers while ensuring safe trampoline practice remains our primary concern, and we can assure you that the net you received perfectly meets this dual constraint. We remain at your disposal for any questions, the France Trampoline team.
Good service.
The item is top-notch.
Visit and order on the site simple and effective. Reception on time and material is TOP. A small intervention under warranty that benefited from the professionalism of this company at all levels. I can only recommend them!!! Well done.
Call following a broken part. The problem was resolved very quickly, without making excuses to avoid taking charge of the issue. The people are charming too. What more could you ask for?
Well-made site and the person I placed my order with was great!
Everything was compliant except for a missing tip out of the 8 ordered. And it was sent to me when I reported the problem.
Very satisfied with the product, beautiful quality. I bought this basketball hoop for my godson and his mother guided me. She told me she returned it because with his brothers they are all tall and the hoop was rather for smaller kids. Nothing to say about the quality, just the age was not suitable.
good
Nothing to complain about
Difficult assembly but after several hours we have a stable trampoline and dynamic jumps despite the child's light weight, the flips follow one another. Very well advised over the phone.
Fast delivery and in case of order error, the provider quickly makes the exchange.
Very responsive. Very professional staff. Material compliant and arrived quickly.
Give advice, respond quickly. Fast and compliant delivery.
Nothing to report. Everything went as it should.

COMPLIANT WITH THE ORDER
Delivery within the promised timeframe, easy assembly of the trampoline even alone. Only needed help for the safety net. Only doubt during assembly was the orientation of the feet (facing outward). No noise when bouncing. Flexible. Appreciated by our 4-year-old daughter.
The delivery went well. We were informed of the arrival time of the package. The delivery was very fast, 4 days.
