Service = order of fixings for trampoline
Basic family product of very good quality. Free delivery in 3 days. Simple assembly by following the video. I recommend putting a bit of white grease to facilitate the fitting of the T.
Quality material, easy to assemble.
Very good service and advice if needed. Very satisfied with the product and easy to assemble thanks to the phone advice with 8 extra springs for me... highly recommended!!!
Delivery on time as planned. Material that seems solid and well finished!!
Product conforms to the description, easy to install. Delivery without hassle within the announced deadlines. My children are delighted.
Very good, fast service
Efficient, delivery times are top-notch
Very good product. Easy to install even on my TRIGANO trampoline.

quality products, delivery on time with very good communication. I recommend.
Fast delivery, product in line with my expectations.
I bought a trampoline cover that unfortunately cost me 4 times its price. Indeed, upon arrival of the product, I had the unpleasant surprise of having to pay additional fees (in addition to customs fees) even though the DHL transport fees were already exorbitant ***€ (2 times the price of the product)
Good. But the assembly instructions for the trampoline could be more detailed
Very satisfied with the customer service and the phone assistance provided during our order as well as during the installation of the equipment.
Perfect for my spare parts order.
France Trampoline Service very fast. The site is quite clear. Many explanatory videos for the assemblies: effective!!! Regarding the purchase of spare parts, it would be interesting if you could make suggestions for parts to check if they need replacement.
The delivery service could be improved: the provider refuses to drop off packages if the location is not directly accessible with their transport vehicle....... fortunately, the neighbors are understanding...
Good product easily assembled. The delivery went smoothly.
Very satisfied with the site, the choice, the delivery, and the product received.
Good product, well-organized delivery, I recommend
Good commercial service and good contact

excellent review, the response time is very fast (answers to questions, delivery...) the staff is very friendly
We bought a zip line that brings joy to our grandchildren and their friends. So far, great!!!
PRODUCT RECEIVED ON TIME AND IN LINE WITH MY WISHES
I am very satisfied with my order regarding my trampoline. Friendly and professional phone reception. Delivery received 3 days after ordering. Well packaged good product. I recommend
very good
The net is said to be universal but only for trampolines purchased from you. Some difficulties in installing the net.
Nothing to complain about
Some sewing defects on the top of the safety net support poles. Assembly instructions a bit light. Otherwise, very good product
Fast
Good
Qualitative product corresponding to my search. Fast delivery time.
Tent set up on a 3.65m trampoline from ***. Despite a rather light assembly guide, it is quite easy to set up, you just need to know how to use your hands and your head. Quality tent, easily foldable in case of strong winds without having to dismantle everything. I highly recommend, very good value for money!
very good products, sturdy, well-finished, and compliant with the information provided on the site. Issues during delivery that delayed the receipt of all ordered products, but France Trampoline was able to be responsive and manage the problem to find an appropriate solution.
Product delivered on time and seems of better quality than the previous one. Very satisfied
A broken plastic part in the box which was not damaged.
Compliant
Very good trampoline of better quality compared to other brands, the price is reasonable, I recommend the site
Good
Packaging OK. Deadline respected, no issues
Fast delivery, quality product
I find it unfortunate to wait so long for normal wear parts for a trampoline.
Very satisfied with the customer service

very good
