Fast, well packaged
Product corresponding to expectations, very good quality, the manual could have been provided in the package as it was not obvious where to download it from the order form. The phone assistance was very helpful.
Having already ordered several times, I ordered again. The products arrive quickly in terms of delivery and are very well packaged, the tent on the trampoline is amazing, as well as all the game accessories that can be put on it. I would recommend.
The delivery person is not good!
Fast delivery, top product.
Very good quality trampoline, we are having a blast, both kids and adults!
Quality product service and respect for delivery times.
Assembly of the legs a bit difficult, we had to use a hammer to fit the pieces and the screwing of the poles to the legs was long as it was not very easy to access
Product conforms to my request. However, I found the delivery by relay parcel very long
Very good product
No problems and fast delivery.
my order was left 'pending' because 1 of the products was unavailable, and I had to contact customer service to be delivered the other products
Efficient assistance and advice by phone
We already bought a trampoline in 2018 and were satisfied and we just bought the Ninja course. One of the elements did not seem very well finished and we sent photos to customer service who immediately sent us a replacement item without any problem.
Simple and responsive.
very good quality weighting bag
very good service from this company even after returning an item due to my size error
Speed of delivery. Great responsiveness to questions asked by email
Very good welcome and after-sales service as well. I had a size issue with the net and it was quickly replaced ...
Very good material at first glance. Easy to assemble. The only downside regarding an accessory ordered additionally, the anchoring kit... one of the 4 straps came loose as soon as it was set up while the other 3 were perfect... surely a mistake on my part. Very good service, I highly recommend
Delivery without problems, quality trampoline. To see over time but for now everything is perfect
Very fast delivery
Good site
The trampoline expected between 2/5 working days arrived in 12 days. Communication was poor. The carrier had a significant issue, France Trampoline was not proactive in finding a solution. Otherwise, the product is very good: expect more than 15 days for delivery
Colissimo scheduled for Monday informed the evening that it would only pass the next day
Order confirmed as expected and brings joy to both young and old
We are very satisfied with our purchase! Our trampoline was delivered to Belgium very quickly and in good condition. It is of EXCELLENT quality! Highly recommend!! Thank you
I was looking for a zip line. I found a very good product at France Trampoline, easy to install and safe for children.
Excellent service. I had made a mistake in the dimension to order, and I had 2 interlocutors on the phone, both very friendly and very competent. I am very satisfied.
Product as described and fast delivery

Satisfactory
Very good sales service.
Good
Fast but no contact from the delivery person specifying the time and day of delivery. Fortunately, the neighbor saw the package, it's a bit tight!
Everything impeccable
Very good handling of our request for spare parts to repair the trampoline, ultra-fast delivery (48h) according to our needs. Trampoline repaired in less than a week after our phone call, great!
Very good product. Just surprised by this difference: - noted as indoor trampoline on your site - noted as to be used exclusively outdoors on the product Why this difference? What is the risk? Can I use it indoors or not?
Perfect! Fast and efficient!
