A quality telephone service, a high-quality product, very satisfied with the product, a bit long reception time because the product was out of stock, could it be due to success!
I am very happy but the delivery time was not respected.
Very good quality product. Package very well packaged. Clear and easy assembly. Meets our expectations despite a manufacturing problem with the net (waiting for a response from customer service). The positive point is always having a contact person listening to us.
Nothing to report
No problems to report. Very efficient customer service, fast delivery and product fully compliant with the order.
My order was delivered within the expected time. Small downside: the debit of the credit card before delivery despite a delivery time of 3 weeks.
Very good
Delivery ok. Easy assembly guide. Quality of materials.
Ladder for trampoline received on time, no issues.
Very good advice and very fast.
Satisfied, product seems to be of good quality. I really appreciate the high support of the net with the fiberglass bar; as well as the feet maintaining the net that go down to the ground.
This is not really an order, but the implementation of the warranty regarding the fiberglass supports of the protective net.
excellent
The trampoline is of excellent quality, reliable and especially safe for my little grandchildren (rather boisterous).
Very good site.
We bought a net for my daughters' trampoline. It is of good quality and very secure.
Very good transaction quick and efficient
Delivered within the promised time, very well packaged and product as described.
Accuracy of delivery time and product well packaged. Product conforms to the description on the site.
Excellent value for money
very good
Easy order and great care to meet the request but delay VERY long (about 1 month) while the product was announced in stock at the time of the order.
Hello, First of all, we would like to thank you for the trust you have shown us during this order. We have indeed experienced supply difficulties (unpredictable) that caused the delay you mentioned. We sincerely apologize for this situation: our commercial & logistics teams are working hard to resolve this delay and ship your jumping mat as soon as it is received at the logistics center. We renew our apologies and hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust during a future order. In the meantime, we remain at your disposal for any further requests. See you soon, The France Trampoline Team.
compliant product, of very good quality, delivery without problems
Speed of delivery
I find that the shipping costs are high even when picking up the package at a relay point.
Fast shipping and quality product. Replacement of the jumping mat of a trampoline purchased 5 years ago, it is now like new!
Completely satisfactory..
Order satisfied.
Perfect
Bravo for the seriousness and quality of the service and products. Very satisfied 5 stars.
Simple, Fast and without hassle.
Super serious both for the quality of the material and for the order tracking.
Very satisfied with the ordered product.
Package completely matching the order. The trampoline was assembled without issues with the spare parts. Only downside: the delivery times of the carrier. They only offer delivery times around noon from Monday to Friday, which makes home delivery impossible when working during the day.

RAS
Very good customer service that contacted me after validating my order online to ensure that the dimensions were correct. Very good advice and friendliness.
Delivery received without any problems, no damaged package.
Merchandise not yet unpacked.
fast and efficient
Thank you
Professional, careful and fast service. Product of excellent quality.
good quality / price ratio fast delivery
Good service, simple to use site, good tracking of orders and deliveries. Weak point, the plastic fasteners of the tarp are too fragile and break easily.
Very good
Excellent service and fast delivery
Appreciable to find spare parts for a trampoline purchased more than 5 years ago!
very good review, I recommend
Product corresponding to what I needed. Fast delivery
