The packaging had a hole but the package was not damaged at the pickup point.
Dear customer, packaging is an integral part of the product, which is why, in case of doubt or complaint, we remain available at 05.56.36.04.62 to resolve any situation that may pose a potential danger.
Very good
Fast service but excessive shipping costs for spare parts.
Dear customer, shipping costs are flat-rate and include preparation and transport fees, without which we cannot ensure delivery with signature and tracking.
Superior quality trampoline and easy assembly
Good service; fast delivery and product as advertised
Happy with the order, it meets our expectations. It's great to find small parts sold individually. However, why such packaging and consequently a higher shipping price than the purchases.
Easy assembly, good quality product, the kids are delighted!
Order received on time with very good tracking.
Perfect and very professional
Very good product
Good service
Robust and well-secured material
Nothing to report frankly, another site that deserves to be known.
Excellent
Impeccable
Excellent site, excellent delivery, excellent quality
Order placed with customer service: attentive to needs, very friendly and available. Delivery within the announced deadlines (4 days). Impressive quality product compared to Decath and others that are certainly cheaper.. Clear instructions but difficult to assemble alone. It is specified that two people are needed for assembly and I confirm that it should be faster!
Good material for now, the spring protector is however a bit too large and makes waves.
Very good value for money excellent site
Trampoline corresponding to what we wanted. Characteristics very well described on the site. A small downside though, the net had two snags seen during assembly.
Good
Very good order tracking, quick delivery and satisfied with the product
Fast and compliant
Very good
Very competent and responsive sales service. For an online spare part order (trampoline net), they contacted me by phone within the hour following the order to report an error in my order, proceed with the correction and refund, as the new item was cheaper and for that I congratulate them, such professionalism is rare these days.
Very good
Order received very quickly and compliant, very well packaged, without any issues, supplier to recommend.
Very good advice. Does not push for consumption. Reasonable prices for accessories or spare parts.
Quick delivery. Simple material to assemble for two. Too bad the ladder is not provided in the package as it is more than necessary. Good product for adults and children.
We wanted to refurbish a 10-year-old trampoline, were very well advised...
Great choice of products and accessories, fast delivery and compliant with the dates announced at the order, nothing to complain about. The accessories I bought allowed me to repair my trampoline when I previously thought I would have to buy a new one. So savings!
No worries
Thank you for the call from a sales advisor following my order for which a correction was made. Perfect. Thank you and only seriousness.
Very good product with delivery on the announced time! Perfect!
No particular issues with the ordered product, satisfied overall.
I was missing a reception end piece, an end piece used to hold the fiber strapping of the net. Aside from that, the order met expectations, deadline respected. The fact that I was called before the shipment of the order allowed me to modify a reference and thus avoid a return. Really a plus!
Excellent welcome, quick service and attentive.
good
Very good telephone reception. Pleasant contact. Product reference found and ordered in a minute. Payment by credit card with confidence. A set worthy of a French company.
Very satisfied with this trampoline. It has been installed for a short time, but it seems very solid, and the bounce is excellent (having tested other trampolines that are much softer). Impeccable delivery. Very pleasant commercial support on the phone. Just need to improve the assembly instructions, the drawings are not very clear. The instructions deserve to be modernized.
GOOD
trampoline of very good quality, delivery as desired. Missing anchoring kit and ladder, but delivery planned around 04/24/2017.
Very good value for money!
assembly with my wife took about 3 hours some anxieties because the 'T' did not seem to fit properly into the holes drilled on the 'bows', after some effort it got better.
Very serious and qualified contact following our troubles with the delivery person on two occasions. Attention during deliveries to put 'subject to the cartons being complete'. Indeed, the largest carton had been found from underneath impossible to identify at the time of delivery on the pallet (some material was lost but even if the delivery person did not want to take responsibility for the loss France Trampoline was very good and sent us the missing parts at their expense) The material is beautiful and seems to be of good quality. Assembly accessible to all. (It is better to be two). We will see on the duration... Ps: there is a ladder in the image of the trampoline but it must surely be optional. There is no ladder in the box. But no worries for my 9-year-old son to climb inside.
Very satisfied with my purchase and the explanations given before buying the trampoline accessories.
Very good product and very good advice by phone
Attentive and serious customer service checking the validity of the order before confirming it
The trampoline is well made. Not everything has been delivered yet as some parts are out of stock. We are skeptical about the new fixings for the protective mat to see in the long run. As for the jumping mat, on a jump'up, nothing to complain about, the children (and also the adults) are having a blast
Very good
