Fast and reliable delivery
Hello, I ordered a hammock, hoping to have a quality proportional to the price. For now it holds, but the screwed structure regularly loosens and I fear it won't hold much longer than the previous ones...
Reactive customer service (mobilized for a small issue). Quality company and material.
Nothing to say. Complies with the description and quality is up to par
very good site I recommend quality trampoline
everything perfect from advice to ordering and through delivery
Nothing to complain about. Delivery without issues. Trampoline easy to assemble (I did it alone with my 2 children aged 5 and 7 ;-) ) And everyone is satisfied, from my husband to the children! It's perfect!
I am very happy with my purchase, it allowed us to renovate our 5-year-old trampoline, it is like new and my daughters are over the moon; gymnasts, they were eagerly awaiting the delivery! Everything is perfect!!! Just happiness and smiles from ear to ear!
We are very satisfied with our trampoline
delivered as promised on time
Hello, Thank you for sending us what was missing in the packages. Perhaps pay attention with some of your delivery drivers, because upon receiving the 3rd package, the driver placed a small package at the same time as the package for the protective net. Have a good day.
Excellent
I am very satisfied with the ability to order all the broken parts of my trampoline without having to change it just because the wind took it away, I say bravo and thank you.
Very good site, the trampoline is of excellent quality, the shipping was quick and serious. Our daughters are delighted! I highly recommend this site.
Fast delivery. The trampoline I ordered was out of stock, so they offered me the next size up at the same price.
Very good product. This is the second time we buy from them.
Very good advice.
From start to finish I encountered no problems and the delivery was very quick, the carrier informed me well about the delivery.
Very good
The trampoline is as described and the order tracking is excellent.
Good, however, shipping costs are very high when ordering just a small spare part.
Order processed very quickly. Product conforms to what I expected.
Very good telephone advice (it helps when you have a non-standard trampoline...) A defect on the received tarp (holes but that can happen), so not happy, but a great after-sales service and a new tarp received a few days later. Tarp of good quality at first glance or rather at first jump... So, the kids are delighted and dad is a hero. Good continuation.
Excellent
Products meet my expectations.
Trampoline demo order delivered quickly. After missing items in the packages, a satisfactory solution was found with very responsive customer service.
Very good product, impeccable delivery: perfect!
Order received very quickly. Thank you. The net meets our expectations but I preferred the old model compared to the zipper that slides very poorly.
Very good service. The order arrived within the specified time. The trampoline is of very good quality and easy to assemble.
Very satisfied with the product; the trampoline is quiet for use in an apartment. Additional and more explicit exercises would be welcome. The delivery service by DPD is DISASTROUS!!
Dear customer, We have received your feedback which allows us to understand your satisfaction regarding the ordered and used material. The delivery can sometimes be more delicate, as each ordered merchandise is handed over to a delivery department agency. As the sender, we can track the package and facilitate delivery when it encounters difficulties. Your delivery seems to have encountered many issues regarding the inability to deliver your package. We apologize if the trampoline arrived outside the expected timeframe, and remind you that our sales service remains available from Monday to Friday to resolve any delivery issues. The France Trampoline team
Good product. Good quality during assembly. To be seen over time. For now, nothing to complain about except for the anchoring straps not being strong enough, we had to change them.
Very good
I am strangely ambivalent because I ordered from you on the recommendation of a friend reassured about the quality. Expect 2 hours of assembly with 2 adults and to carefully follow the axes for placing the ground net. When we use it, apart from the squeaking of the springs with each jump, the kids are safe. My (big) negative points: The drawings in the assembly instructions (ultra pixelated) are better made by my 7-year-old child, especially the sketch for fitting the legs... The day after the first use and protected at night by the protective cover, I noticed that the white paint of the central logo had stained my socks (sic) and the jumping net has parts in nylon that look deconstructed, like knots of sewing threads. I am therefore questioning the longevity of the trampoline, especially since that was the initial idea. I will send the photos to the site to understand if this is an isolated case... or not.
Dear customer, We have taken note of the various comments regarding the trampoline, assembled and tested by you. It is important to clarify your doubts about the quality of the received material, or if necessary, to address any defects for replacement under warranty. We are therefore awaiting your feedback with photos for evaluation of the points raised, or by phone initially. We remind you that our sales / customer service remains available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. The France Trampoline team
Everything went well, the order arrived quickly
VERY GOOD SITE
Quality material, reliable and fast delivery, simple and quick assembly... The kids and we are very satisfied with our purchase, especially since it is a product made in France.
Very satisfied with my order
Quality trampoline. Very nice finish. A few delicate points during assembly (The instructions are very precise but lack some details and/or tips at the time of assembly. This is particularly true for the assembly of the sleeves on the foam on the poles of the net holder. For transport, the black film that wraps everything is not strong enough. One of the small packages (the pegs, I believe) could have been lost) But again, very good service... The kids are having a blast.
Simply perfect!
Very good material, arrived on time. The kids love it and so do I!! For me who does little sport, getting on the trampoline even without jumping... It works the deep muscles. I recommend this product
Satisfied with this online purchase.
Serious material. Easy installation when accompanied by the online video on the site,
Product as described, well packaged. Very fast delivery. The carrier is also very serious: timing respected, very friendly driver. Everything was perfect
Very satisfied with your responsiveness and the ordered product. The quality of the protection I ordered is superior compared to those ordered previously. Thank you
No worries, very good quality product
Relevant advice before purchase, very good quality material, very responsive after-sales service.
Very satisfying
Purchase received very quickly. Quality and complete material. Good safety
A fast delivery. Products that seem qualitative. We just have to see over time what it gives.
The kids love it.
