Quite satisfied
Deadline and manufacturing as agreed
serious quality
Good responsiveness to place the order; unfortunately one of the items is out of stock and I am still waiting for it (one month)
Very good.
very good site, very professional, fast and perfect product
Nothing to say about the product which fits what we ordered. However, the carrier is really not up to par. Dpd gives us a date and time for delivery and does not show up. In the evening we receive another appointment for the following week only to find the package left in front of the door two days later. When you know the price of delivery, it's a bit annoying.
Hello, we thank you for your positive feedback on the ordered product. We apologize for the inconvenience encountered with the carrier. Normally, the delivery person cannot leave the package without handing it to someone. We will escalate the information so that this does not happen again. We renew our apologies for the inconvenience caused. The France Trampoline team.
Very clear site, delivery times perfectly respected despite the period (order placed just before Christmas), problem with the delivery person quickly handled and resolved by someone from France Trampoline: everything is okay.
Following a problem with carabiners on a trampoline, the response was quick and relevant.
Package in very good condition, items very well protected in their packaging and the parts for assembly very accessible. Delivery was made as agreed by phone beforehand.
Excellent contact from the sales and after-sales service, serious, reactive sellers who care about customer satisfaction. Thank you Trampo jump up 300 tested by all ages from the little one of 2.5 years to Grandma of 79 years :)
Great phone reception by Pierre Marie, fast shipping but inefficiency of the carrier.
Very good.
Quick order, very fast delivery with a call to confirm that everything was going well!
A Christmas gift for my grandchildren, so not yet assembled, I cannot evaluate it but it should be of good quality given the price and the comments on the site. The delivery was very fast and very serious.
Delivery was made 1 day earlier than announced, well done! However, the delivery person did not notify me beforehand... luckily I was at home. The very nice delivery person unloaded the trampoline wrapped on a pallet into my garage.
Friendly welcome and good advice given.
Excellent value for money and good after-sales service.
Reactive.
Very good product, very good quality. Relatively easy assembly. Delivery was very, very complicated... Too bad.
I am not satisfied with the ground fixation system. The loops are of very poor quality as they deform very easily by hand. I am not sure they will serve their purpose in case of wind. Moreover, the manual for this fixation kit is poor.
Fast delivery, friendly carrier, product as described, the children are delighted!
We are very satisfied with both the product and the service. Serious and reliable company. Delivery was made on time. Assembly is a bit tricky, but the tutorials on the internet are well made and very helpful!
VERY GOOD
Well-made website. I particularly appreciated the respect for deadlines before Christmas and the responsiveness of the after-sales service to correct a defect on the hooks of the protective cover.
Delivery times respected.
Quality net, advice on choice and installation top-notch. Very happy with this purchase and the way we were guided.
Quality product and in accordance with the description. The assembly video helped me a lot.
Friendly and very professional, very complete information, very serious, which is becoming increasingly exceptional now. I highly recommend this company.
The service is exceptional! I have nothing to add and I gladly let you publish my review.
From ordering to delivery, everything went smoothly without any problems, super professionalism, I recommend.
Everything is perfect.
The advice received by phone turned out to be relevant
Normal online order. The next day, I received a call from the shipping service to inform me that the pallet would arrive in 2 days, followed by delivery by a lovely delivery person. And all this in the last week before Christmas!
Perfect!
The order placed online on a Friday evening was facilitated by a clear and well-structured website. On Monday morning, an advisor called me back to confirm the delivery address, confirm the number of packages, and ensure that they would be wrapped in black film and therefore could not be spotted by the children (Santa Claus rules!). Assembling the trampoline was simple and well explained. We are now enjoying it to the fullest!
competence, kindness, clarity, concern to respond as best as possible to the customer's request, following a trampoline damaged by a storm.
Honestly, really not bad! Trampoline bought for the holidays, very accommodating and great delivery person, it was nice of him because otherwise Santa Claus would have been late! Trampoline assembled without rushing in 3 hours with two adults and three children testing it as we went along. The material seems solid, the instructions are accessible and it was approved on the spot. Small downside for the anchoring kit which seems light with a strap whose stitching has given way. But it's just a strap and not the riskiest part. To see in use. Thank you
well-constructed site that shows the quality of the products quite well. I would have liked to be informed more precisely about the delivery time between placing the order and the first email informing of the order's dispatch. I appreciated the details on the packaging (size, weight, composition) everything went well with the carrier (appointment scheduling and punctuality)...
Great! Serious and good telephone contact... I called 2 times! Trampoline as described.. It brings joy to my son!
Advisor available and efficient on the phone.
Quality of service and speed of order. Good order tracking
