Impeccable after-sales service. A big thank you to ***
Speed.
No issues. I recommend.
Search, price, speed of delivery, Perfect.
Very high efficiency and speed of the teams, both in ordering and in resolving a quality issue. Thank you
good
Everything well packaged in well-differentiated packages. Assembly instructions very satisfactory. Assembly without problems.
Although more expensive, the quality seems far superior to other brands. Easy and fast ordering and delivery. Clear and precise assembly video. A good quality-price ratio.
Excellent
Very clear site and very attentive, responsive and competent after-sales service.
Very good quality springs, not disappointed with the size, on the contrary the trampoline is just huge! Very simple and easy to assemble, although the instruction manual is not easy to understand. Small downside, the attachments of the safety net are plastic, and in the frost, break easily. But otherwise excellent trampoline, excellent quality!
I haven't unpacked the package, it's a gift for Christmas
Very good
An excellent team listening to the customer, and who adapts to each request. The products are of excellent quality and the after-sales service is impeccable (sending a broken part without question in less than two days!). I recommend it without hesitation.
hello, information before ordering by phone was perfect, shipped the next day received two days later perfect packaging. product is great. nothing to report I recommend +++++
very good
excellent
Hello, I ordered a cushion for my trampoline, it was not indicated that it already had the bungees, so I ordered the bungees at the same time and I ended up with bungees that I don't use. It would be good to specify in the description that the bungees are included.
fast service and good reception on the phone
Material conforms to the order and delivery on the scheduled date! perfect
The order arrived quickly and in good condition just one remark: I would have appreciated a reference on the ordered mat because I had a doubt for a moment that it was not the right one. I had to overlap it with the current one to validate. Otherwise nothing to report.
Serious follow-up and very responsive
Very good quality, our son is delighted and so are we, we do more with him than we initially planned. The whole family is having fun! Thank you
perfect
Very happy with my order and the speed of delivery. The best thing about France Trampoline is the quality and being able to find all the complementary accessories. I recommend it to all my friends.
Nothing to say, respect for deadlines, delivery as expected, quality product.
There was a hiccup with the delivery service... which was immediately resolved by France Trampoline, allowing me to receive my delivery on time for the birthday it was intended for! I appreciated the efficiency and kindness of your services! Kudos to your team! I am just waiting for the cover of this trampoline which should be delivered to me mid-December.
very good
very good
Very good provider, attentive and listening to their client
Fast delivery, quality cover.
Order delivered on time and perfectly matching what I needed!
A consistently satisfactory order processing quality at France Trampoline. However, exorbitant shipping costs considering the order of spare parts themselves (*** euros for *** euros of parts!!!). And the choice of a carrier that only offers delivery times during the day (so you can't work) or *** euros extra if you miss the appointment. The Colissimo option might be worth considering...
Hello Madam, we thank you for your positive feedback on the processing of your order and also its fast delivery. This is indeed included in the shipping costs. That is why they are high to allow for a quality of service and seriousness that you validate. The delivery person also needs to work during the day; otherwise, shipping costs would be even higher. However, you could have had it delivered to your workplace, a family member, or a neighbor available. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Nothing to report. Precise site, timely delivery, no surprises. Good material and serious after-sales service. Keep it up... Good.
Very good.
Your collaborator was very helpful for my purchase, and the package arrived on time. One small piece of advice, the packaging box should be sturdier and better 'taped'... Arrived slightly damaged, but product intact..
Excellent product, rushed carrier: minimum service and left...
Everything is perfect. My only regret concerns the price of the freestyle skis I bought, ***€ for 2 foam squares, it's ridiculous...
Hello Sir, we have taken your regret regarding the purchased item into account. If you wish, you have 14 days to return the item in new condition. However, we would like to remind you that this item does not exist elsewhere at such a price (less than 80 euros) in France and Europe! The closest item is made for ski professionals who want to train on a trampoline but it tripled or quadrupled our price. We hope you will still use this sports accessory. The France Trampoline team.
Delivery a bit long (more than a week) but very good packaging, well-protected material.
Delivery ok Easy to use website
Fast delivery, well-packaged product
Perfect.
Very happy with my delivery, I was informed at every step, from the departure of your premises to the delivery date set with the carrier. The delivery was made on the agreed day. One remark, if it is possible to define a tighter time slot, that would be perfect. Best regards
Very happy with the product. Quality is there. The protective cover seems a bit light to me. But everything else is great
Very good material, responsive customer service and attentive to the customer. However, the carrier for the delivery of packages is of incomparable nullity. Too bad for France Trampoline.
Very good responsiveness
Nothing to complain about, service and delivery impeccable. Thank you
