Perfect, very good product that meets my expectations except that I had in mind a very soft canvas like a net to be able to fall back in any position without hurting myself, you must not miss it when attempting backflips :-D but indeed a stiffer canvas sends you higher ;-)
Good quality items but delivery too expensive and incompetent carrier who does not take into account the availability indicated by the customer.
nothing to report
Nothing to say, speed, product as described, correct price, but shipping costs are a bit high, especially when buying small spare parts. And if it were possible not to have advertisements as soon as I open a page now that I know the site
Good quality products. Pleasant site
Very good service and smiling person.
VERY GOOD
Impeccable !!!!
Very good service
not yet assembled the trampoline
I am happy with the explanations from the technician who assists us in our choice. The quality of the cover is very good. The delivery was faster than I had planned.
Order taken after phone inquiries about the choice of the tarp model, from a friendly, competent, and responsive seller. Very fast delivery. Excellent quality winter cover, quality product, but one small flaw, the number of attachments is insufficient for the ordered diameter, I had to double the number of attachments to avoid lifting.
Good product. The children are happy.
Perfect for everything
Nothing to say, everything is perfect.
Order compliant. Well received.
Ok everything is fine
We are very satisfied. Advisor (by phone) very competent and very friendly. Order sent and received very quickly.
good
fast shipping. Package perfectly conditioned. Measurements really impeccable compared to the measurements provided on the site (replacement jumping mat for trampoline) and they even contacted me before shipping to make sure of my choice!
very good responsiveness, perfect service
very good but be careful, the net attachments are brittle during assembly in freezing weather
thank you
Very professional
Hello, the quality of the service is very good. There are 2 points you can improve: the quality of the plastic attachments and the bolts. During assembly, 2 attachments broke and the threading of 2 bolts was damaged. Regards.
very good product, meets my expectations, high quality, fast and careful shipping. I recommend.
Shipping costs are a bit too high.
The purchasing process is simple and efficient. I found my need very easily on the site.
Regarding my phone call, I spoke with someone who informed me well; I will see better as soon as I have time to set up the trampoline.
very good trampoline. Delivery on time. Very satisfied
very good product
Good quality trampoline, the elastics seem solid (to be seen over time, we bought this product three weeks ago). Very quiet, good bounce, I recommend it.
listening and efficient staff, product compliant and of good quality.
Everything was perfect!!
satisfied
VERY GOOD SERVICE
VERY GOOD PRODUCT
very good trampoline but packaging on a half pallet is risky it would deserve a standardized pallet arrived safely anyway.
Fast shipping and guaranteed after-sales service product corresponds to my continued expectations
Super """"
Nothing to say about the quality of the product; nor about the delivery;
Hello, Very good trampoline received on time, a few small things were missing I sent an email and they replied the next day I received the missing parts the following week nothing to say ...
very fast delivery very good order tracking
satisfactory
Order made by phone, very well advised, fast shipping, this is not my first order and it certainly won't be the last! Thank you to the whole team.
Order delivered very quickly in 6 days. Easy assembly. Very good sensations during use. Negative point = the plastic attachments that allow fixing the safety net are not sturdy. I broke 4 or 5 while being careful!
Very fast delivery and trampoline as in the photos
Perfect, nothing to say except that the trampoline is great quality and the delivery was impeccable !!!!
very good reference on the site, good product, good corresponding dimensions.
Order placed arrived in less than 24 hours.
