Perfect satisfaction.
My order arrived on time, quality product.
Fast delivery with an appointment with the carrier. For now, the trampoline remains well packaged and will be assembled in the spring, but I am almost sure of the quality of the material.
Very good site with a wide choice, the products are well described. The delivery went very well.
Perfect
Good
Excellent product, customer service always attentive and very efficient.
I really appreciated being called to check that I had taken the measurements correctly.
Ultra fast shipping and reception (24h) and very good material.
Very good quality product and very responsive and effective customer service. I am very satisfied and I recommend the seller.
Good delivery performance: nothing to complain about. For the trampoline: note that one spring must be mounted upside down and a plastic attachment is broken at the level of the net's fixings under the trampoline. Also, there is a contradiction in the manual regarding the possibility of leaving the trampoline outside all year round.
Nothing to report. Delivery on time, easy assembly, immediate use adapted to the request. Regret that 15 days ready we could have benefited from a 30% discount!!!!!!
I wish that all orders placed online were of this competence. A welcome from the hostesses or the staff, both from France Trampoline and the merchandise preparation service, I say a BIG HAT OFF TO ALL THE STAFF, WELL DONE
Very good.
Very fast delivery, the delivery person adapts to the schedule. Trampoline and net fully and easily assembled in 2 hours by 2 people. Perfect, my daughter loves it!!!
Order and information taken by phone. Very competent and welcoming person on the line. Nothing to complain about.
The site is very clear, easy to order. Delivery respected.
very satisfied
Good regarding the product, but waiting to be assembled in the spring. However, the delivery was a disaster, change your provider quickly.
very good
Easy to assemble. And of good quality.
Hello, the material will only be assembled and unpacked in the spring.
Assembling the trampoline is easy except for the ladder.....
Delivery in less than a week. Very simple and quick assembly. Very good bounce! The kids are happy.
We set it up after Christmas, obviously it's a good quality product, the kids started using it right away and are thrilled.
Very good product, a trampoline that is also easy to assemble by following the instructions. Very good delivery with an appointment to set the time.
I had a lot of trouble finding the cover in the size I was interested in, except at France Trampoline. The delivery was quick and met my needs. I recommend this site to everyone...
Trampoline received quite quickly and package in good condition, and in accordance with the description.
super solid material and easy to assemble
Very serious, order delivered on time.
Very good site, hotline accessible for additional information, all good. Thank you
very good company..
The delivery was delayed, but after a phone call to your offices, the reaction was immediate, and we were delivered before Christmas very quickly.
Fast delivery. Easy to assemble except for the feet entering the T.
Top notch
Fast delivery, product conforms to descriptions. The quality of the product is excellent, clear instructions and easy assembly.
Very satisfied with this 360 trampoline that brings joy to everyone, young and old. Delivery in record time and the pallet placed directly in my garage. No difficulty in assembly, with two people of course. A big thank you to you.
Very happy: fast delivery and the trampoline seems very sturdy. I had already ordered one from another site, it didn't last a year!!!!! I recommend
very good product of good quality. conforms to the price paid. delivery is fast and packaging is well done. the instructions are well made but sometimes lack clarity or diagrams to illustrate the assembly. the hooks of the protective net are not resistant, they break very easily (already broken 16 out of 20 - prefer carabiners) the trampoline is of good quality, and I do not regret the choice of size (5m in diameter)
very easy access to the site and very complete information confirmed by phone or very friendly reception, very clear explanations and immediate order paid. Sending and receiving in a short time so perfect service
satisfied
Net fits well on my trampoline, customer service called me after I placed the order to confirm the dimensions of the net.
Improved quality. Delivery time respected. Product conforms to the order
well-packaged product, easy to assemble thanks to the assembly instructions, product delivered very quickly. I recommend it!!! The quality of the trampoline is superior to that of large stores, the price may seem a bit high but it is a quality product, the child is safe inside thanks to the closure + the attachments.
Delivery to the relay point on time, so nothing to complain about
excellent
Package delivered quickly after order, trampoline easy to assemble with two people. One downside: one of the black plastic hooks used to secure the safety net under the jumping mat arrived broken... Would it be possible to replace it?
Hello, We are delighted to see that your trampoline suits you. We have noted the small issue with the plastic hook and we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. See you soon on our site, The France Trampoline Team
Fast delivery, material not tested as it was not unpacked... waiting for Christmas
Excellent material, good quality and easy to assemble.
You can order with your eyes closed, it's a serious company
