PERFECT
Very good order tracking. The customer support contacted me to verify the compatibility of my purchase with my trampoline, and offered me alternative solutions since it was not compatible. Extremely fast delivery: delivered the next day!!!
Experience facilitated by the ordering interface. Fast delivery. Product complies with our expectations. I recommend this site.
Excellent quality product. Good safety. Complies with our expectations and the protective cover is a plus. Good deals.
Fast delivery. Clear manual.
Very professional, quality trampoline, very good bounce. Fast and serious delivery...
Good quality material. Express delivery made within the requested time, in two parts because one part was out of stock. The carrier even went faster than the emails notifying us of the arrival of the packages.
I am very satisfied with this service. Before ordering, I asked questions via the France Trampoline website. The answers were provided directly by an assistant over the phone. Then I placed my order, the item was not in stock but I had just the restocking date and I was delivered before the scheduled date. I was able to choose the delivery date by SMS and I was delivered at the agreed time at my home. I remember two essential points for me when I place an order: having a contact person who is very easily reachable (email, phone) and a customer service that is not overpriced. I therefore recommend the France Trampoline site as well as its delivery company.
Serious product, fast delivery. Happy with my purchase
Delivery a bit long
Perfect
Delivery on time. Good quality trampoline
After-sales service (since it was about replacement parts) impeccable and very responsive. I recommend France Trampoline.
Very good quality
Good quality, correct delivery time.
CORRECT SERVICE
Perfect, my 13-year-old son loves it and doesn't leave it. Perfect for doing sequences. We recommend it....
Very nice trampoline but all the door closing carabiners were broken, what a shame. Because the trampoline provides bounce, fast and serious delivery.
Hello Mrs. Charbal, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. The hooks must have broken during transport. As discussed over the phone, we will send you new carabiners by mail to replace the ones that need changing. We renew our apologies and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
France Trampoline ... Super! The only site where I could find the specific jumping mat for my trampoline, with the right details in the description for the choice. The size of the trampoline, the size of the mat, the number of springs, the length of the springs. In short, I had searched everywhere internationally and found it only there. Well, I was a bit disappointed when I saw that the product would only be available around January 2, which for me is more than 2 months, but it's better than ordering, paying, and receiving a nice email telling you that the product is no longer in stock, will only be available in ... and that if you want, we can issue a refund that takes a month to arrive. I speak from experience. But the joke is that the mat was in stock and I received it within the week. It's probably a stroke of luck, but in the end, I recommend!
Very satisfied with the availability of the sales advisors. However, I regret not having received a commercial gesture following the waiting time for the anchoring kit which prevented us from installing the trampoline this year. Best regards
perfect
Very good, nothing to complain about!
Fast, good quality.
Very good product, as expected
I recommend 100%. Very high quality, very competitive price, even cheaper than the big brands. Top delivery service and after-sales service that is operational!! What more can I say: one thing; "Let's support French companies!!! it's possible when you just look a little on the internet" In any case, my next purchase will be the hammock!! ! Again BRAVO
I am happy with the product and the service. The staff is competent and responsive, things were well explained to me. As for the customer service, same welcome and same responsiveness. This is what the customer is looking for: product quality, staff advice, and reliable customer service.
In three words Perfect fast efficient
Excellent and very serious company with an efficient and serious customer service. Indeed, the customer service replaced a 4.60m net with a 4.90m one because it was too small for my 4.60m trampoline, and with shipping costs covered. Thank you
I am very happy with the handling of my order, from the user guide to delivery. Thank you.
Corresponds well to the description, the quality is there. The children are delighted (4 - 5 years old). Delivery and customer service very satisfactory. I recommend this product.
Everything perfect! Thank you
+1 customer service (responsive to questions asked, product being restocked)
Good product that meets my expectations, delivered on time and well packaged.
Good product but received a bit late
very good
Good service! We were delivered a larger trampoline at the same price because the delivery could not be made for a long time. We were then asked if we preferred to wait or have another one right away. I found that very professional. However, the delivery person was mediocre. He left us to take everything out of the truck without any help from him. It's the first time I've seen that as we have already had several things delivered.
very good quality material and very well packaged for perfect transport
Very good. Serious. Quality material
Very good. Delivery at the scheduled time without delay.
The packaging is really basic and slightly damaged.
Hello Madam, we thank you for your feedback. At the time of delivery, if you find that the parts of the package are damaged, you have the right to refuse the package. The carrier will return it to us and we will quickly send another order. However, if you accepted it without reporting any reservations, the package arrived in good condition and no complaint is possible with the carrier. France Trampoline remains available if needed but it is necessary, as with any order, to check the condition of the package before receiving it, even if the delivery person is in a hurry. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Very easy to reach by phone and it's nice
Very good.
Good service, package well packaged and therefore well protected. It seems to be of good quality so we are satisfied for the moment
Purchase made in August 2016 of the very large rectangular trampoline. No regrets. Very good product. Our 3 children: 5, 10, 15 years old are on it as soon as they can. A lot of success with friends and cousins as well.
Very good purchase I recommend!!
the delivery is perfect: sms info super! done within the announced hour, package in perfect condition delivered in the yard! Assembly not obvious... in fact, you need to take the time to read the entire brochure to avoid having to disassemble... after reading instructions at the end of explanations... Out of 48 springs, 47 ok ... but the 48th was from another series!!! Delivery of the 48th spring 3 days later by post!
good product
No problems with the order, good order tracking, super trampoline. But tedious delivery! How can a company still ask you to be present from 9 am to 5 pm! To arrive with a supposedly too big truck and have to come with my own vehicle to load and pick up my trampoline at the street entrance, with my 14-month-old son. I accepted for fear of being charged for a redelivery.
Hello Madam, We thank you for your feedback and we are pleased to see that the Ovalie 490 trampoline fully satisfies you. Regarding the carrier, he must indeed come with a large truck in order to deliver correctly and if the delivery address is not accessible for maneuvering with such a vehicle, he prefers to ask for your help rather than return another day. We are aware that this is not always ideal but it is the best we can do to satisfy your children. We remain at your disposal for any further information. The France Trampoline team.
Good quality trampoline (much better than what you find in some sports stores). Assembly is not too complicated if there are several people. Let's see over time now! I recommend
Very good, I am very satisfied with the product that lives up to its promises of good quality and durability
